Poll: How do you like your meat?

With steak, I go for medium-rare. For all other meats I want it well done, no pink/red/non-cooked color at all.

Medium. Well Done can be boring, and Rare can be risky, so I go with Medium.

Mostly medium, medium well...
I usualy prefer to give the chef a choice, seeing as he's the specialist and different meats taste better cooked different ways.
And if it's a place I don't trust, I always go well done.

Rare. It's so... tasty! I find that cooking it too much just makes it taste all... grey and boring (Yes, grey is a flavour).
