Well how do you take your meat?

Medium Rare for me. Give me a medium rare tenderloin steak and I am one happy camper.

I could care less how well the inside is cooked. As long as the outside looks like it has been cooked I will eat it. I will say medium.

I find steak to be pretty mediocre overall, but when I do deign to have it, I take it well done.

I like it pretty rare - it's usually more tender and has a better texture, I find.

I like my meat somewhere between medium-rare and medium-well. I always say medium for the most breathing room though I do prefer them to be closer to the medium rare side of medium.

Well done for me, almost overcooked. I'm not scared of tapeworms or anything, I just prefer the taste.

It really depends on the cut of meat, but generally rare.

I know everyone has their own preferences, but this is one I can't understand. I have a friend that can't seem to cook them any other way and I have to drown them in BBQ or steak sauce to make them palatable. Waste of perfectly good steak.

I don't think I could give up eating animals. It has gotten bad enough that every time I see deer the thought "Man, that's a lot of meat over there," goes through my head.

I can't help it that I find critters so tasty.
