A medium rare ribeye steak, some salt and pepper and I'm set.

Medium well, but I find the definition varies from place to place so I like it nicely cooked and only slightly pink in the middle. I just had a Steak tonight and I could SO go for another it was delicious!

Medium rare t-bone steak. It was soo good they had to ban t-bone steak in Ireland for quite some time I believe.
