While I'm enjoying my newly-purchased Xbox360 I'm mostly happy with my Nintendo DS. It has a nearly-endless library of games (some of which are pretty good!) and I can play wherever I want to. I gave up on PC gaming a while back, aside from MAME, as it's just too annoying having to fiddle with settings for each game to get the best look for the best performance. Consoles/handhelds play exactly how they're designed to.

As for the outdoors, I work all day to pay the mortgage on my house. Why would I wan't to waste time outside? It's like camping: if you ever hear of my "going camping" it's code for "I've lost my house and am sleeping under the overpass."

I like console's and PC's. If I had a 360 or PS3 I would play on them. However, I still love PS2 games and I tend to get along better with PC games, and especially gaming communities. Such as [UKCS] (United Kingdom Counter Strike) and [iO] (its Over)

For me, it depends.

I mostly prefer consoles, but for some games, I'll only play on a PC.

Example: While I prefer playing Call of Duty 4 on a Console, I prefer playing TF2 on a PC.

Pretty Much:
PC: Valve, Blizzard
Console: Everything Else (My comp isn't good enough for Fallout or Oblivion)

I prefer handheld systems, for their ease of portability and all that. Only if the battery is rechargeable though; if it's not I go console.

Console. Everything on PC that I like, I can get on console.

Plus its just easier (for me at least) to get it on consoles since my computer doesn't have the requirements for most PC games.

For video games, the PC will always, always triumph (except racers and fighters, although those can be remedied by adding a gamepad).

For gaming in general, nothing, NOTHING is more fun than Warhammer Fantasy.

I'm a console and handheld gamer. I wish I was a great outdoors guy.
However, just because I favor one over the other doesn't mean the other isn't good. Just saying so I don't get drafted in the Flame Wars.

I don't have any consoles, but I do enjoy console gaming. I use my PC for most of my gaming, unless I've acquired a new game for my PSP. I've never tried tabletop gaming, but I've always been interested in it. I don't often play games in the great outdoors, but I enjoy being in nature and I've participated in a few sports.

So...really, all of them. I'm afraid I won't be able to participate in a huge flame war.

I honestly can't envision playing FPS games on any platform other than the PC. That is, it's been so long since Perfect Dark, I've forgotten what good console FPS's look like.

Also, having a GTX 295 in your PC automatically elevates you to dictator status. You're all so lucky I can't afford one...
