I love getting rejected by employers. Either I learn something from the rejection, or it turned out to not be worth my time anyway. I can pretty much nail any application now though. When you have enough experience to back you up, you're in.

7 months so far.

Although thats not rejection for a Job.

So long as there is something constructive that can be gained form the process, rejection for things like jobs can prove helpful.

I wouldn't know. Every job I've applied for the traditional way has simply ignored me completely. Explicit rejection would be quite nice really.

Oh... for job rejection, I'm not real bothered.

Sometimes I get frustrated but at least I hear back from them. Like Vegosiux said, most employers won't even do that.

In fact, when I was trying to get into the habit of calling to check up like all the job advice places say, I had one employer say that if you didn't hear from them within a week, it's a surefire sign that they're not interested.

Getting passed over for a job? Yeah it can suck, but emotionally it doesn't really bother me.

Getting rejected by that cute girl I magically somehow worked up the nerve to go talk to? Ouch. Right in the feels.

I can tolerate rejection. I don't like it, but I'm ok with it.

But when they don't bother to tell me, or aren't honest about my chances, that shits me no end.
