I vote Aliens. According to the 100% accurate predictions of the future sitting on my shelf, approximately 38.500 years from now a giant swarm of sentient locusts is coming to tear the galaxy at large a new one.

Or, you know, we could get the job done ourselves with just a fraction of the WMDs we have at our disposal right now.
DISPROVEN. All the nuclear warheads in the WORLD wouldn't destroy the physical planet. Kill all life? Maybe, if carefully planned. But the planet would survive.
Really? Hadn't heard about that. Thanks!

Humanity will end when ether we all evolve or we die due to nuclear war. I think the later is more likely.

Oh, and zombie apocalypse would be nice, life would be the most easy to survive if that were the case.

I think that evolution is pretty much no longer an option for us. I think deevolution is much more likely. By deevolution, I mean the way things were in the movie idiocracy. That movie seems to make the good point that stupid people, in general, have much more children then intelligent people. The reason for this is that intelligent people usually plan out having a child, choose to only have one or two, and stick with the plan. The less intelligent normally have more children for a number of reasons (wellfare, accidents, etc). Of course, that's not always true, but in general I believe it is.

Plus, with our urge to save everyone in the civilized world (or at least everyone until they make us angry, then we kill them), I think evolution won't have a chance to come through. Even if you believe the way of thinking that says evolution happens in quick bursts instead of over time, I'd still question how much any of the 'evolved humans' would be able to reproduce. And that's not even asking if they wouldn't be hated/persecuted/kill such as in the X-Men series.

Ironically, when the sun, the thing that has allows life to live on this planet for millions of years, decides to be a prick and explode all up in our shit.

Humanity will be wiped away before that though...
Either by one of the means suggested, or otherwise.

The entire world ITSELF will never end. Humanity, however, will not be able to survive the long-term effects of what it has done to the environment. And the climate change deniers will STILL go down denying, by claiming 'wrath of God' because we let gays marry.

I don't know if this is the truth but I've read somewhere that our sun will become a supernova in about about a million years or so. That will probably be it for Earth.
When will humanity end? Seeing how we are the dominant species on the planet, we're not going anywhere. Unless we will make a stupid mistake and start a world war (which with time becomes less likely, there are just smaller, 2-3 nation conflicts). Sure, we're draining natural resources but sooner or later (probably later :) we will develop technology advanced enough to make everything affordable to everybody. There's a chance that it won't happen, even in the next few centuries, but we will eventually do it.
Over the course of, let's say 100000 years, we we will evolve into different beings than we are now, the things we will create by then will make us look like gods in the eyes of a person from the 21st century. By that time, we will probably have many planets colonized. Life will evolve differently on each planet, creating many new intelligent species.
... and so on.

That's how I see it.
I hope you've enjoyed that.
