Any time I write the date, I always write, the Month/Day/Year, but I learned while in French a couple of years ago that in most parts of the world people write Day/Month/Year.

So which do you write?

And if you do write it differently then the two, please tell me toadd it to the poll.

I think the American system is MM/DD/YYY, but I could be mistaken.
Admittedly I don't write the date like this full stop; I barely write the date in the first place- Sixth Form has no place for such organisation!
When I do write it, I like to write it in full. Looks neater.

Wow. I just rambled about writing the date. I am a winner.

Month/Day/Year, since I live in the US.

Though it's stupid, especially because MLA -demands- it go Day/Month/Year.

I always enter my date of birth wrong on American sites that require age verification. I do it out of principal now. By wrong I mean I still write it Day/Month/Year even though it is asking me for the other one.

Day/Month/Year. I had no idea anyone did it any other way.
America (so,me) uses month/day/year. Example, today is 10/19/2010.

I've never written it any other way.

Day/ Month/ Year.

It confuses the hell out of me when people do M/D/Y.
Surely it would make more sense if the least significant (read: smallest) value was first?

Day/Month/Year So it's 19/10/10 right now for me
The day changes most often, so it's easier to write!
I write the year in the corner of the board in January, change the month in February, March etc. and change the day every day I'm in, and leave the rest of it alone when it doesn't need changing.

As for the topic of "Tuesday 19[sup]th[/sup] October, 2010" goes, I couldn't care less. It's less space efficient, takes longer when you could be doing something else, and makes you need to remember what day it is.

Day/Year/Month :p

No really I use MM/DD/YYYY just like the rest of America. And like many other things that America does, we decide to do it our own way rather than change it to somthing that makes more sense. GO AMERICA! I guess...

Hey, watch it! I had a pumpkin and some mice out there! I'm not going to pay parking taxes for a coach and food for horses, no sir...

Also, D/M/Y like any reasonable person would. Reasonable always being the poll's leading option of course.

Day/Month/Year, just like the rest of the UK
Don't forget your Aussie brethren! Yeah I think the US is the only place that uses MM/DD/YYYY right?
