I live in Portugal. Like any Mediterranean nation, we serve coffee in little cups, strong as the wrath of the Gods themselves.
In my travels around the world, I've yet to drink any "real" coffee like we do here. What the hell is this shit, served in a half-litter plastic cup, with foam/milk/any other pansy shit? Gimme my regular coffee, the one that not only wakes you up in the morning, but also makes you want to arm-wrestle a grizzly.
I used to have a british neighbour. He was a well-traveled man who chose this place to settle because:
A) It's what he called "a well of lost souls from all over the globe", and;
B) The only place on Earth you can get a real cup of coffee.
No joke. After having traveled around the globe, I'm forced to agree.
