I have an Espresso machine at home, so I rarely make a "pot" of coffee. One of my favorite drinks is filling a large cup (roughly 20 ounces) halfway with espresso and halfway with milk. Takes the edge off of the espresso, and makes it a little smoother. Makes a great drink on a hot day.

The stuff usually makes me sick so I don't drink it. Ice Tea makes a great replacement.

Sorry to disappoint ol' chap, but a tea person meself... take a teaspoon of acacia honey (or 2,5 teaspoons of sugar) and bit of lemon with it :>

When I'm home, I usually drink my coffee black since I started using the Karlsbad Method. Up to this date, I couldn't find a way to get an aroma that was more pure and true to each different type of coffee. Turkish coffee only hand-grinded in an original ibrik, with a lot of créma and a bit of cardamom. Funnily enough, I hardly drink espresso black; most of the times I use it for cappuccino.

Still, if I'm at a regular café, I mostly drink my coffee with milk, since it's the best way to cover the mostly mediocre taste of inferior blends. There are few coffeehouses which I like because of the coffee, but I simply can't resist the flair. I don't like any of the big companies like Starbucks, Coffee Fellows or whatever their name is - they're way to expensive, people are unfriendly and they don't even serve good and pure coffee. I prefer privately owned, smaller coffeehouses that do the roasting themselves.

I'm quite a ***** when it comes to good coffee.

I love dark roasted coffee, unleaded. Too much cream and sugar takes away from the taste of the coffee itself, which kind of seems like a waste to me.

I never have sugar in my tea/coffee.
However, I sometimes eat a sugar lump on the side when nobody's watching!
