Hiya escapists.

As I was hit straight on the ol' sniffer by a handball earlier today, I figured I'd survey people on nosebleeds.

I have met a couple of people whose noses will randomly start bleeding for seemingly no reason, and another few who will start bleeding even upon light impacts.
I have heard stories of people who wake up to find their pillows covered in blood.
I, meanwhile, can't recall having bled from my nose since kindergarten.
This strikes me as odd, and I'm curious.

And that's where you come into the picture.

Tell me in the poll how often, approximately, you experience nosebleeds and in your post how easily your nose will bleed.

As always, entertaining anecdotes are encouraged.

I only ever remember once my nose bleeding, and it was my sibling that cased it when I was about 7 from smacking me in the goddamn face.

I used to be in school with a Girl who's nose bled practically everyday at some point in lessons.

I've never had a nosebleed. I remember being jealous of the kids who got them when I was at school. Along with a black eye, it's my ambition to get at least one.

Friends Christmas party, just started drinking and suddenly my nose decides to let loose blood for a good 20 minutes to the point we were considering hospital.
Probably wasn't my best idea to continue drinking when the nose bleed had stopped.

I only remember having two nosebleeds in my life. One time when a ball met my face at high velocity during a game of football, the other being completely random while I was riding my bicycle to school. Perhaps I was having a very perverted delusion? I don't know, and probably never will.

I don't get them frequently, a few times a year. But the last one, that I had a few months back, was a complete gusher and I looked like I had been in a bar fight

My nose started to bleed when I was half way to college last Friday, I didn't have any tissues spare so I was going up to random people on the street covered in blood begging for tissues.
Wasn't the best of experiences.

A few times per year however it was worse when I was a kid. I don't know the explanation but when I was little eating Mcdonald chicken nuggets or drinking this type of chocolate milk made it easier for me to get a nose bleed.

At least a couple of times a year. It's getting ridiculous how easy I can gett one, sometimes litterly at random >_>

A few times a year, but it hasn't done it without provocation for years, and usually takes a good bit of force to get it started. Doors and drunk me are currently the main cause.

Last time my nose actually bled was when I was 6 and I smashed my face off the headboard of my bed because I was jumping up and down.
[sub]Man, I was dumb...[/sub]

I get the occasional blood when I blow my nose, but that's mainly due to the cold weather, and it's not a nose bleed.

In my entire life I've only had one nosebleed. It was because I tried to square off against someone at least a foot taller than me. Smacked me right on the nose.

hahah this is funny

I used to suffer nosebleeds now and agian when I was younger, and I think once a year at a certain time when its warm..it bleeds

like this morning when I was getting ready for work, I sneezed, saw the red spray on my hand and thourght "not fucking now"

and then bright red blood comes gushing out, its amazing how much of it and how ti manages to get everywhere, anyway it was annoying because I had to get ready and I needed two hands (nosebleeds are so inconvenient)

worst part is when you get a great big massive clot that comes out..not a pleasant sensation

turns out tampons actually seem to work though, leaving both hands free (yeah this moring I walked around with a tampon sticking out my nose)

It has been a really really long time since i've had a nosebleed. There was a time when I had one or two everyday (which was awesome because it got me out of class).

Nowadays the only thing that comes out of my nose is snot. Fuck you colds, fuck you.

My nose bleeds a lot ever since I discovered that alien artifact......

Joking aside, used to be really often, like once a week, but the past 2 years it stopped happening.

very VERY often sometimes i think my blood doesn't want to stay in me, especially that one nose bleed that went on until i started seeing spots and feeling drowsy.... yeah it took a while for that sink to not resemble the place of a violent and thorough murder.

I don't remember having one ever since I turned ten.

My friend, however, occasionally has sneezes that shoot out blood. He gets them maybe two to five times a week in the winter. Fucking annoying for everyone.
