I like to think Im atleast alittle above average, I do splice in bits of local language like bollocks, feck, aye but thats just force of habit and to give my posts alittle bit of personality.

Well I often try to make my diction fit the grandeur of my current predicament, I like to believe I have a mastery of punctuation so fluent and striking it leaves others perplexed. saying that my spelling is usually awful and anything I constantly have to check my post and love that Google Chrome has provided one with an online spell checking. My English appears to be better then average then most people at my school so following that logic I choose that option.

I happen to think my English is exemplary. I aced my English course and it was at the "academic" level. The other options were "applied", which was the middle level, and "locally developed", the lowest level. I think that says more than enough. Also I don't use "leetspeak" or act like a smacktard.

More often than not, I write better than others (defiantly better than I write), but often when I write on post my writing isn't that good because I rush through writing it & posting it. Also, it doesn't help that I can't spell for shit.

So, because of that I lower myself to about average w/ my fellow escapist. (writing stories is a different matter.)

Now, I don't like to brag... Wait. Actually, I do. When they tested me for dyslexia (turns out that I was just really, really lazy) my results came in as part of the 99.7th percentile, meaning I'm in the top 0.3% of the population. Also, I'm the definition of Grammar Nazi, and my activities as such include finding a stall selling "pasty's" and screaming at the vendor until I was dragged away by security. I shit you not.

Beat that, fellow Escapists.

Wait, what? Is repeating the same thing four times and having two of those times being backwards, the definition of a palindrome?

I'm propably about average here at the Escapist, but since I'm an arrogant dick I voted above average. In fact one of the biggest reasons for starting to read these forums was the fact that my eyes didn't bleed when I was reading the posts.

Getting people to rate their own language ability? Yeah, that's a good idea that will yield accurate results...

Grammar Nazi here. I always think about my posts and make sure that they don't have any errors in them. I'd say I'm quite a bit above average. My punctuation sucks when I'm writing an essay or story though. :p

Also I like putting ;} :D :( faces in my posts, does that make me lose points?
I :) certainly :( hope :D ;) not ;(
