Poll: How important is music to you?

I feel extemely sorry for the 1 person who says they don't listen to any music. because they are probably deaf, or dead.

OT:
I find it necessary for me to live with sanity. And as over-rated as sanity is, i'm finding it quite pleasurable. and with tonight the eve before my going to band camp(here, as in not away camp) I should probably say this, even though i would say it otherwise.

Music, like all of the other arts, was invented to create order in chaos. Music puts sense into noise, which can be anything as chaotic as a big city or as beautiful as a river. To not appreciate music is to be a force of destruction in the world. As such, highly important, but not the most important thing in my life.

I'm impressed, almost all of us have music as a "battery" for our daily life.
I agree with Xpwn3ntial, I mean, who here hasn't got a song or two they always like to listen while doing a certain activity?
For instance while playing HoN with my friends we like to listen to Pendulum to pump us up or some Rammstein.

I game, I study, I read all with music playing. I spent no single moment without music while on the pc. I'm glad my hearing ahsn't been damaged (yet).

I just want u to imagine something Earth with no music The musicians become doctors teachers etc and they may be very innovative and advanced in development and hell maybe even world peace but think No music is Movie's which means No 'School Of Rock' and other music movies No background music for video games or creepy background music in horror's. With no music there would be no Music Classes

Music's probably the only consistent interest of mine and I listen to a lot of it. It also helps me focus on other things.

I once lost my computer for a week, right when my MP3-player was out of power too. Only then I realised how big of a role music plays in my life.

I rarely am seen without headphones in our speakers playing my music. Probably the only time I'm not listening to music is when I'm not allowed, which is really only at work.

Well on one hand, I don't listen to it that often. But if all the music in the world disappeared, then I'd probably frown for a little while.
