Poll: How many languages can you speak?

So far, 2 (English and German) and I'm working on Italian.

I really want to learn Japanese though. Bloody hard language...

Im from Austria and as the native language is german I speak it together with english and spanish. Latins dead so it dosent count xD

You forgot to mention what kind of Chinese: Mandarin or Kantonesian?

Considering I have no idea what Kantonesian is...I speak mandarin. Or do you mean Cantonese?
I try not to speak to foreigners in their own tongue. They go wayy too fast.

Teacher: "What do you call someone who speaks 3 languages?"
Class (more or less in unison): "Trilingual."
Teacher: "What do you call someone who speaks 2 languages?"
Class (again in unison): "Bilingual."
Teacher: "What do you call someone who only speaks one language?"
Me: "American."

This IS true, if a little offensive. A large portion of those who speak only one language are American. That, or they're old.

Danish, English, German, Norwegian and i'm learning Latin.

Latin's a dead language, or so i'm told. Still, it IS the root of most languages and I want to learn it. Problem is, you need to find someone who speaks Latin first.
