Finished the story through the first two games with my goody two-shoes character, then I started a new game on the first Mass Effect for my evil guy, but I couldn't be arsed to play it again so soon.
Have been over a year now, so perhaps I should give it a try again. Got so damn many games to play though.

I've got two:
My canon male named James (after me, bleh), mostly paragon Shepard who unintentionally looks like Jon Cryer [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jon_Cryer]. He's an infiltrator. Ashley is dead, Rachni queen is alive, Wrex is alive, the council was sacrificed in order to protect the civilian ships, entire ME2 crew survived and collector base went ka-boom. Also, this Shepard is asexual.
My non-canon female (named Rise, after the Persona 4 character) who looks... REALLY bad, I totally screwed up in the character creator. She's also mostly renegade. Anyways, Kaiden is dead, Rachni queen is alive, Wrex is alive, council was saved (only because I sorta unintentionally killed them last time and, yeah...), entire ME2 crew survived and collector base was handed off to Cerberus. She had a fling with Liara, but cheated on her with Garrus... And then cheated on Garrus with Thane... And then cheated on Thane with Jacob. Yup :S Oh and she's an vanguard.
There's also a third Shepard I made to do a Let's Play with buuuut, that kinda fell through.

Well I've tried every class and morality path throughout so I have a few Shepard's
My main ones are

a paragon infiltrator who focuses on sniping and a renegade shotgun wielding vanguard who rams into everything. I have a similar situation in ME1, but I'm getting ME3 for PC, and my ME1 characters are on my xbox.
Just the one actually. I think he might have some anger issues. Just won't stop pushing people out of windows.

), loyal to Tali, saved the Rachni Queen, saved the colonists and asari lady, saved Kaiden, saved Wrex, saved council, screwed over Udina (bastard), all loyalty missions, all survived, screwed over Cerberus. He's also a Shepard that I'm proud of how he looks.

I tried to make another character but just couldn't have fun without MY Shepard.
All the renegade responses just go against my image of her, not interested in male Shepard, don't really care about the non-biotic classes.
I even tried going through the suicide mission again but stopped part way through, unable to bring myself to change my canonical failures. (Only one member lost, but one deservedly lost with stupidity.)

Just the one. A paragon female sentinel, saved Kaiden, then dumped him for Thane. Saved Wrex and the Rachnai, but killed the Heretic Geth. Blew up the Collector base. Every crew member survived.
All my Shepards are Paragon Soldiers (Because I really, really suck with the other classes)
Two are male, and one is female. Not much to say, really. They made only Paragon choices in the game, with a few exceptions.
