Me, well I haven't been that good about it latly, but I'm starting to get into my old habbit of running every other day, not to mention I will be getting a new bike soon to take to the work place instead of the bus.

But what about you?

I don't. But I live at the top of 3 flights of stairs, and take a 10 minute walk to lectures every week day so I'm not entirely unfit.

I used to do a TON more cycling as well as some occasional basketball but lately with my job most of my exercises have been mental. Unless you count Rock Band drumming. I work up a good sweat and play on expert, is that worth it?

As I'm currently unemployed, I have time to do 10 hours of martial arts training a week(4.5 hours of kickboxing and 5.5 hours of MMA), and I usually go for a walk/run 4 days a week.

I play high school rugby, at have training twice a week, plus 1/2 matches at the weekend normally. I also have PE in school, if you call that working out, and I get that 4 times a week. So in a given week anywhere between 7 and 9 hours.

How do you get the time? I mean, with your 400 babies who runs like Kenyans? o_O

Couple of football (the European, proper football) practises a week, plus some weight lifting if I'm in the mood.
