I have to do a report for college about arguing video games as a media as as much as movies are. I need to include polls and results for this, so I'm shooting the questions at you guys. Biased information is still information!

1-5 hours a day, if I don't have homework. Then it's 5-11 hours per day, so that I can forget about the homework.

Well, honestly, it completely depends on the week. There are far too many factors to give you a flat number. For example, was I busy that week? Did I have the week off from school? Did I go over to a friend's house or did I just stay home all week? Did I just buy a new game? But, generally speaking, lately it's been about an hour every other day. So, 3-4, I suppose.

Is there a "metric shit-ton" option? I will admit that I play more than 16 hours a week. A lot more.

Apparently [http://www.xfire.com/profile/daz56/] 19 Hours in the past 7 days. It goes from 12 - 30 regularly depending on how much I feel like working and how many social events are happening.

Considering my lack of games I haven't played plenty of times, and considering much of my time is spent studying, I'd say 0-2 per week. Now, if I somehow manage to get a new game, that number may go up, but at the moment, I don't play very much at all.

Damn, people here play a shitload of videogames. Go outside, people!
OT: I haven't played much lately, what with two AP courses and basketball season going. I put 2-4 hours a week, i'm probably on the high end. Although with the recent aquisition of MW2, it'll be a LOT more

Haven't played games in a while.

I haven't had any money to buy games since Arkham Asylum came out. But come Tuesday, I'm gonna be all over Assassin's Creed II and Dragon Age.

I'll go outside when it stops raining and the country isn't having biblical flooding. Till then, the 360 will be getting lots of attention.

This a gaming forum, it's likely there will be a few people posting here who spend a lot of time participating in thier favorite activity.

bout an hour a week, life has been calling more often with college and the military. If I only play one hour a week, but look up reviews, forums and such online, as well as playing fairly non casual games, does that make me a casual or hardcore gamer, is it the play time or the gamers attitude towards gaming that matters when giving them the title? Personaly I believe it's the attitude, history and general skill of the gamer, not there play time.
