Many years ago I found myself in a really stressful situation - I mean I was so worried about the outcome that my hands were shaking. I looked at my shaking hands and out of nowhere asked myself a very simple question: Is me being worried going to change anything, alter the outcome in my favor?

The answer was obvious, and a lesson was learned.

Very rarely about most things, I am a little too laid back and sometimes I take failure a little too well and sometimes I don't take it well at all. Most of the time I just don't care since things happen and dwelling on it won't solve anything.

I only genuinely worry about things when something warrants worry. For example, the prospect of going into university with a loan that only covers about 3/4 of the accommodation, not bringing food and other stuff into the equation. I worry if I'm actually getting said loan due to not receiving any confirmation or even knowing if they will send confirmation. Then there is the imminent results day, when I'll find IF I'm actually going or if I'm going to have to resit year 13, which would suck some pretty substantial balls. Although that's more anxiety than actual worry.

I worry enough to survive and live for another day. I think that should be enough for the intents of this question. =P

A lot.
All the time.
About everything.
I'll probably be dead before 47.

I occasionally wake up in the night screaming bloody murder.
