I was wondering how much education the escapist community had. Please comment along with responding to the poll as the poll is not perfect and cannot possibly encompass all levels of education that someone could have.

This is why I requested that people posted their education level in the comments as well. Nice job contributing to the thread.

I'm currently in my first year of college. So high school diploma I suppose. Except we didn't actually get diplomas.

During a history seminar, I saw something on a tv documentary and asked whether technically WW2 started in 1937 when Japan invaded China and that 1939 is a very western view on the war, so we debated it, as a group I might add, with me being the most vocal. A week or so later the prof hauled me before the dean saying id been very aggressive and had brought his ability to teach into question.

According to the university, its not a students place to question lecturers and discuss events......so I was thrown out. Complete bullshit if you ask me, I just feel that the guy was power mad.

Sounds like good grounds for legal action to me, but I guess that was a while ago.

I've got my GCSE's 1 A and the rest all B's, an apprenticeship in mechanical engineering, a double distinction in my ONC engineering, just completed my HNC in engineering and hopefully I'll be moving onto my degree next. I also have widely recognised qualifications such as a level 2, 3 & 4 NVQ's and a NVQ in rigging and industrial electrical certification. I left high-school at 16 and I'm now 20.
