I am not a nerd by any means. No offense, but I don't really get along much with those folk. Call me elitist, and it would probably be true. I am well educated, yes, but enjoy things like games only casually, while most of my time is spent making money and working out, and participating in athletics. So why am I here? Shit, I don't know. Good discussion perhaps?

-i would rather play a table-top RPG than do almost anything else.
-i hate parties and most other social functions.
-i plan to get a star wars tattoo [possibly knights of the old republic related] and i'm designing a star wars dining room for my new house [complete with lightsabre hilt door handles and a han-solo-in-carbonite dinner table].
-i write my own fan-fiction.
-i've randomly LARPed in public with my husband.
-i literally chose my career path because i enjoyed playing a RPG character with that career.
-i've had sex in character. on more than one occasion. it was great. i am unashamed!
-i make AMVs.
-i quoted 'the matrix' in my wedding ceremony and our wedding invitations had both star wars and flash gordon references - this was a compromise, as *I* wanted to get married at star wars celebration IV.
-i was a champion in scholastic bowl in high school. my specialty was classical mythology.
-i listen to musical theatre more than should be legally permitted.
-i had a vault 13 flask custom made for my husband, and collected bottle caps for six months to make our fallout tabletop RPG more immersive.
-i'm so pale i think i might literally be reflecting the sun.

It didn't help that I had read most of the books, watched most of the movies, done most of the things listed, understand 80% of the terms and can program in 6+ different languages.
