I try to read about a book a month, but it doesn't always work out because I choose such long books. I read The Lord of the Rings a few months ago and now I'm reading The Stand.

I read every day, my phone is full of eBooks, as is my laptop, my shed is full of boxes of old physical books. I usually have two or three books "on the go" at once and swap between them according to mood. I often have a book in one hand while I'm brushing my teeth or making a cuppa with the other. I couldn't go for more than a couple of days without something to read.

Also, what do you read? Personally I read a book a week and read anything from historical books to sci-fi to horror. This week I've been reading an oral history on Pixies (the band, not the creature) and Odd Thomas by Dean Koontz.
Good choice mate, the odd thomas series is fantastic, I try to read every night, it helps me wind down.

I read practically every day before I go to sleep, in summer times I also like to spend a few hours in the sun with a good book.

At the moment I'm reading The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand. It's one interesting book I can say, though not one you would read for some light entertainment.

Depending on how many train-travels I have to undergo five to six books a week if I'm traveling, hardly any if I'm at home (prefer writing then). It's mostly fantasy/star wars related stuff with some occasional world literature (2666, Ifinite Jest... you know the likes) spilled in between.

I try to get in a least one book a week. I'll read just about anything, but I mostly stick to sci-fi and fiction.

I read through a book per day, but usually 2-4 parallel.

As of lately, I've been on a real fantasy kick. This week I've finished Kushiel's Scion and Kushiel's Justice, both by Jacqueline Carey, as well as The Heir of Autumn, by Todd Fahnstock and Giles Carwyn.

I read quite a bit, usually just what I have lying around. Currently I'm re-reading Neuromancer, before that it was a horror novel in my own language, before that it was the Death Gate Cycle series. I get my read on often enough. :D

Used to go through a few books a week but now I just never get the chance to sit down and do so. I read little by little when I get the time unless I really like the book then everything else I might have to do can go screw it self. As for actual books: right now I'm on a Neil Gaiman kick and been working through his book Neverwhere
Neverwhere is, hands down, one of the most imaginative and creative of any fictional world I've ever encountered. I hope you're enjoying it.

OT: I read all the time. I read when my game is loading, when I take a shit, on the bus from school, etc. I read mostly fiction, particularly science fiction, but I'm open to anything.

I constantly feel I should read more. Last book I read was Letters from Iwo Jima which I read last summer and I then started to read Stalingrad; I'm still reading Stalingrad. I keep meaning to put aside some time and read but then tend to watch TV or play a game. My wife reads a heck of a lot and tends to read a book or three a week.

I read pretty continuously, but slowly, as I'm frequently distracted by drawing and video games, both of which I find slightly more fun. It usually takes me between two weeks and a month to finish a book. I enjoy reading sci-fi, fantasy when it's decent, and the occasional Bourne-style mystery. I'm currently working through The Flight of the Horse, a collection of short stories by Larry Niven about time travel and teleportation. Good stuff.
(I assume you're not counting graphic novels, of which I read several a week.)

I read around 2-3 books a week. I love reading, it's awesome. Mostly I read fiction, predominately sci-fi and fantasy, but I've been getting into World War One Literature recently as well.
