Seriously I'm 21 and I play them for fun, sometimes just to kill time, and just a little bit to increase and maintain dexterity-- almost completely for fun though.

Also I find the world to be a slightly boring and dull place at times (a lot of the time, actually), and it helps to be able to immerse yourself in a fun, different world once in a while. Same as reading a book, except it's interactive and you get to join other people who have the same idea.

Also, gamers are typically pretty awesome people, so the company's usually good, at least on forums like this one.

im definately not 16 but infact 18 and so can play any game i want legally and have never played a game with an age rating higher than me, especially not god of war when i was 11 (eyes nervously look from side to side)

anyway i play for fun, escapism, to reliev/get out stress/anger and interaction with others, that is great for being lazy and its easy to remove people from ur life if they turn out to be ****ed up

so almost all my games are shooters, with the mayby one or two third person action game and a platformer, infact i only have 1 game that doesnt involve killing-lbp and its great (well you can slap people so they fall and die..)
