Reply: You make a valid point, meatbag. You are correct in every assesment. I would not change the past for I am much stronger for it.

Statement: Life is hard, but I am a hard man. I have learned my lessons from my mistakes, and learned more from the way my ex-wife has treated me. I am stronger, and more knowledgeable...

Optimistic Appraisal: I know life will get better, as it already has. My hope is to meet a kind, loving woman who will connect with me on a very personal and intimate level, as that is what I have been looking for for the last year or so...

*Light Side Points*

Objectioned outburst: FUCK!
Amusemement: Ha. Ha. Ha.

In my experience, it's only downhill to about age 25 or so, then it levels off for about a decade and then starts picking up again at about 35, when you realize, "Hey, there is no reason I have to actually buy into this shit."

To put it another way, at about 25 I realized that banging my head harder against that brick wall wasn't helping, and then at 35 I realized that I had the option of actually not banging my head on it at all.

Dude, it feels so good when you stop.

Damn, I kinda feel out of place now. I'm 14, turning 15 in July. Well, hopefully Omnidum can keep me company... So lonely.

Appreciation: Mshcherbatskaya (Trying to teach myself Russian using phonetics really helped me spell that easily) you are a shining example of what women can be if they are not so self cenetered and cock-mongering sluts. I wish all women were as insightful and intelligent as you are.

*Light Side Point*

Query: How does one stop banging one's head against said metaphorical wall?
Respectful Observation: This unit is also a shining example of what women can be if they refuse to shut up and take shit from people of either gender, while learning to facilitate communications with minimal violence and bloodshed on either side.

Sidenote: While not cock-mongering, it should be noted that this unit comes with slut functionality that has been upgraded with an ethical module.

Notation: The above approach to the facilitation of communications may seem counterintuitive, but deeper consideration will show that allies are more useful than corpses.

Procedural Instruction: Based on this unit's extensive field testing, the process for reducing the likelihood of repeat self-induced cranial impact, commonly known as "banging one's head", is as follows:

1. Quit banging psychos, addicts, and emotional parasites.
2. Correct neurotrasmitter levels as needed.
3. Locate all excess material and emotional cargo and blow it out the airlock.

Behavioral Premise: Certain external circumstances aside, no one can fuck you up without your consent. Refusing to leave a fucked-up situation is implicit consent.

Philosophical Observation: Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away. Antoine de Saint-Exupery was quite intelligent for a meatbag.

Sounds allot like the Buddhist thoughts on attachment and the nature of the self to me.

3-0.

I really thought the age demographic skewed older on this site. Maybe the poll-takers skew younger?

Observation: While my processor calculates a high probability of that being likely many prominent posters are mature beyond their years.

18 here. Didn't quite explain that properly in my original post. A constant bugbear of mine is being mistaken for a 15 year old.

Statement: Apparently, a lot of meatbags are spawned during the time period named "July". I'm also wondering how come the majority of meatbag population is composed of 15-24. While not implying that the threads are a bit too elevated, I fear that the habit of dwelling inside of meatbag communities has altered my perception of meatbag evolution, esspecially during puberty.

Exclamation: Bastard meatbags!

P.S: I just found out who is HK-47. It's fun!

20 woo-hoo! The middle ground between being old enough to smoke, die for my country and buy porn but yet still not old enough to drink.

lol that's why I love Canada. I'm the same age and I've been drinking for a year.

; P

lol bastard. hehe =) I'm right in Ohio and I've still never been to Canada...I can look across the lake and see it on a clear day though. (what a sheltered life I lead) I shall come up and we can go bar hopping...just because I've always wanted to do that down to every sense of the word. hehe

Though I must say it would be pure chaos if kids could start to drink earlier on in the US...that or they would just get it out of their systems earlier. Not really sure which way the scale is leaning more toward now-a-days.

^_^
You mean to say they DON'T? Sheesh, kids were getting plastered in my high school since they were 16. Didn't really change the whole chaos notion - pretty sure they were chaotic up through college at least. Meh, I've always felt if you need alcohol to have a good time, you probably should take a long, good look at your life. It's only brought misery to people I know.

On happier thoughts, Canada is less than a 2 hours drive away from me. Could spend the weekend in Toronto, if I wanted to. No boat involved :p.

Oh, my age? I'm 22...no, 23! Wait...24? *checks license* Oh, yeah, 23. Stopped caring after I hit 21.

It would appear that there is an anomalous level of intelligence on this board? We should probably give the management a small amount of credit for that *tips hat to Joe* and then congratulate ourselves for our maturity, or in my case, immaturity because it I behaved to demographic expectations, I wouldn't be here.

lol well of course they do drink..who didn't underage drink. What I was saying was that if it was legal for them to start drinking at a younger age perhaps it wouldn't be such a big deal to even start with. It's like when someone tells you not to press the red button....you always press the red button. hehe

I'm more in the Cleveland area so it would be so much faster to take a boat across than go allll the way up and around to Canada. Don't own a boat..nor really like them. So perhaps this is one reason why I've never been farther north yet. I wanna take that 10 day train ride in the Canadian mountians. hehe *easily amused* I wanna capture me a moose, call him Rupert and love him for all time. hehe
