Depends on my mood. Even if I'm in a good mood though, I don't hang out with many people. School counts as socialising though, and I'm fairly social there when in a good mood.

Just don't catch me on a bad day though. You will be ignored.

I used to be social awkward, until my late twenties. Looking at how my father had interacted with people around him, the man was a social genius (rest his soul), he could strike up conversation with anyone, any-time, any-place, any-age.

I used to think it was embarrassing the way he just started to talk to strangers, subconscious, I guess I learned, because now I find that I can talk do just the same as he had done.

Have it made my life richer? I dön't know. I still only have seven really close friends, and that suits me fine.

At a party, who doesn't want attention? If it not a fancy dress party, or a congressional party.

I'm pretty awkward, and not a massive fan of meeting new people.

That said, I realise that it's unavoidable, so I guess I tough up and do my best.

I'm pretty social, but only within a close circle of old friends, and a slightly wider circle of newer Uni friends, who are gradually merging with the other group. I dont really meet new people any more, and if I do, I dont seem to form strong connections with them.

But within those groups I'm very social, going out, getting drunk with them, or just chilling and generally having a good time. I'd like to meet new people I guess, but its not a big issue in my life.

And i dont wanna sound mean, but facebook is only really any use if you have mates in real life. Then you can use it to gat into contact, organise stuff, or jsut have a chat. I cant imagine it being great for jsut adding randoms and trying to make friends that way...
I dont have problems making freinds, I just fail to keep in contact for some reason, I guess Im just not a very good freind, thats why they want me to use facebook, and mabye I would but I think the fact that they are telling me too puts me off and I dont just to spite them so I can be like Im "above" stupid things like facebook....if that makes sense

so In other words I have alot of contacts but I don't keep in touch so therefore I don't realy have any freinds.....wait no that dosnt make sense either

I get irritated when Im being told how to organise my life, If I want to use facebook I will if I want to be anti-social I will, also I have no one in real life who I can discuss games with which is why Im on the escapist alot

I... hang out with my two Best Friends... every weekend mostly. At school i have my friends and so called friends but i never hang out with them outside of the school building... i prefer my own company over most because I have bad social skills.

Fairly social. I get along well with people and get together with my closer friends quite often.

I have a small group of friends outside of school.
In school, depending on my class schedule, I range from either end of the spectrum.

Weekdays, it's strictly online or at school/school functions.
On the weekend I try to hang with friends as much as possible though.

When I'm not super busy with school, I'm usually with some friends. I'm not great at parties (shy), but I'm not unwilling to speak. I'm pretty friendly, just introverted.

Today while sitting down, I took to criticising the acting of the people around me. These were everyday situations, but the way the people acted struck me as so forced and contrived, that I was convinced that this all part of some matrixy illusion to convince me of reality, and a poor one at that.

So ya, I have little interest interacting with crappy actors.

"What is this 'social' you speak of? And tact, can you eat it? What is it made of?"

I am the perfect definition of a social recluse.

Well I hate all of my "friends" at the moment, so unfortunately not that social.

I hang out with my close friends fairly often, and get along well with people when I'm with a group including people I don't know, but I don't tend to seek out social interaction much. Being with people drains me, and I need time alone to recover from it.
