Well obviously my very first reaction would be something along the lines of "AHHHH!!! WHAT THE FUCK!?" and flipping my shit for about an hour. That's not the type of thing you wake up to and stay calm you know?

But once I got over that first shock I actually think I'd be pretty ok with it, don't get me wrong I'm perfectly happy being a man. I'm not confused about my sex or gender or anything like that, but my personality is pretty gender neutral so may sex isn't as big a deal to me as it is to some others, in fact I think it would be a pretty interesting experience. Sure it would be a touch awkward at first what with relearning my own anatomy and all that that entails, but I think could get over that quite easily. Really the only really changes I'd make are practical ones like wearing bras.

I'd also be interested to see if my relationships with my friends would change any, even if 'the magic' as you say makes them basically ok about the change itself, a lot of people, no matter how subconsciously, do treat their male and female friends differently. No necessarily a bad thing, but I'd definitely be interested in seeing how it applies to my littler circle.

So the newly created women are going to be aggressive and irrational once a month, the new men are going to be like that all the time.

I think that I would find ways to have lots of fun with my new penis. I could do things that I have never been able to do very well before, like....pee in the snow. I would also rely on my awesome male metabolism to allow me to eat like a pig. In the end, I would end up like Lister from Red Dwarf: A complete slob without any ambition...not that I am saying the men are slobs, I just know that inside my pristine persona is a inner slob just dying to get out and live in a crisp packet fort on the sofa.

I think that I would be sad about loosing a lot of my sexual fantasies though, especially considering that most of them involve unmerciful Daleks. I suppose that I could dress up like a Dalek and improvise, if I could find a willing accomplice that is.

Oh, it is a thing, there was even a porn movie made (now banned because the BBC sued). I think that quite a lot could be achieved with those plungers. Daleks are quite phallic really, in various different directions.
