We have had thunderstorms near me every day for like two weeks. Predicting one seems kind of unimpressive to me. And in both cases it seems like you are really stretching it no offense. I don't believe sorry.

I believe, because this happens to me. Sometimes, very rare though, I get a sort of screenshot in my sleep of something I was doing. For example, I dreamt I had built a huge structure in Minecraft, but I hadn't even started it in real life, nor even had any intention of doing so. I didn't know how or with whom I would build it. The day after I told my friend about that "dream" and he said it happens from time to time. Some days later I started a new project, not remembering the dream. Halfway through I noticed I was building the exact same building and was in the exact same stage of development as the structure in my dream! I was baffled since I didn't even think of that while thinking about my project, but my subconscious managed to find out what I was going to build...

...The wonders of the human brain...
Sorry to say, but this is more far fetched than the OP. If you dreamed about a structure in Minecraft it means you had the idea in your subconsciousness already, it was an idea you had, but your consciousness hadn't connected the dots yet. When you started building you had the plans saved and started making it without having it as a clear idea. Also a second thing that makes this utter unimpressive, when you dream you don't dream images. Your neurons create sensations that your brain and memory make into images based on things you have experienced and seen. When you see something that reminds you of what you dreamed your brain will interpret it into being what you dreamed thus changing your dream into reality. For all you know the fortress you are making looks nothing like your dream but it goes along the lines of your dream. The brain is confusing and we don't know how it works yet, but this is simply your brain fooling you.

OT: Your dreams are also unimpressive a cosmic storm and a thunderstorm is not the same thing, and as others have stated thunderstorms happen, it's the high season for them now. You didn't predict the future, you simply had dreams that were strange and experienced a reality that were somewhat connected, vaguely connected even.
