I have a pretty terrible tolerance for cold, so I start feeling chilly as soon as temperatures drop below 15?C, even with appropriate clothing. On the other hand, I feel quite comfortable in warm weather that would make most people sweat their ass off.

So yeah, gimme summer.

Well, for me, let's just say that it's always summer in San Diego... except when it rains, which it doesn't even when it is...

Other than that, it gives me an excuse to [temporary] wear a bikini...
I've always wondered who lives closest to me in this forum community. I think it might be you.
Well, I already know one forum member who was literally a ~10 minute drive from me... And that's not even including the several I know that live in [Southern] California in general...
I'm an hour away from where you live.

(If anyone here lives in Orange County speak now or... or.... I dunno...)

I hate summer in Florida because the humidity is way too high. I walk to work every day so by the time I'm there I'm drenched in sweat and the product in my hair is already threatening to burn itself out.

To make it worse is hurricane season in Florida so I can never be sure if my walk to work will be a nice sunny trip with high humidity, or a trip through a rainstorm with high humidity.

Ugh, Summer is the WORST. Nothing I do outside can't be done during a different, cooler month.

On the one hand, I live in Texas. On the other hand, my city has a river in it. Although, I do work in another city, gas prices are on the rise again, and air conditioning is quite the gasoline waster. Overall, I guess it's fine. Less students in the city being boisterous jackasses on the square and driving terrible (although I suppose that's a bit hypocritical because, while this is my hometown, I am also a student at the university here).

I prefer me some autumn. Cooler but still bright...

Not a fan of the heat at all, but it getting dark at 4pm in the winter is it's own version of lame too.

Come to Australia mate where 40 degree days are normal in summer, half of everyone I know has a swimming pool and no having AC is basically a death sentence. Also spiders that eat birds. At least here in Sydney we have some nice beaches.

The main reason I put that "I love summer" is that people are encouraged to wear skimpier clothes. People that are bundled up in 3-4 layers of clothes aren't as sexy to me.

#2 I'd rather be too hot than too cold. I am a tall person. Once it starts getting cold, my feet get cold and stay that way until it warms up again. The only break I get is soaking in a bath or hot tub.

#3 I'm a nudist. I feel restrained when I wear clothes. Anything below 70 is just not as much fun for me.

#4 I get depressed when the days turn short and dark. A lifetime of dealing with depression and mood swings led me to discover this pattern.

Summer in the UK last for maybe two weeks before the grey clouds and rain return. In fact it pretty much ended today.

I love summer but it just won't commit.

I once got 2nd degree burns over 12% of my body during a one week summer canoe trip, so I'm not a fan either.

But atleast it set the bar pretty high when it comes to tolerate discomfort, guess what doesn't kill you...

I hate summer because it's too fucking bright and hot, and I don't tolerate overheating well. But, I love summer for the scantily clad women walking around in boy shorts and midriff shirts, looking sexy as hell.

So, silver lining and all that.

It's nice here in cali, finally warm enough to swim! It's pretty nice all year though, there's not as huge a difference between the seasons here as other places.

I work in a pub kitchen and loathe summer as the heat in the kitchen reaches Swedish Sauna levels. Then just when you've reached the peak sweat, you realise you've got to go to the freezer for something that will always be directly in front of the fans.

Oh my lord it is a nightmare, going to extreme heat to extreme cold at the drop of a hat.

Being a true Melbournian you'd also know that there is only one colour in our fashion spectrum - black. Black leather and knee high boots on women. God I love winter.
*checks wardrobe and sees almost nothing but black*

lol Yep definitely a true Melbournian. That said, the millennials and teens with their neon coloured shit taste in clothing are pushing back against the trend!

Yeah, agreed there OP. I live in the northern states and it still gets hot enough to cook me here. I swear, I'd go to bed with nothing but a thin nightie on with no blankets and a couple hours later I'd still wake up in a small ocean of sweat. There's only one scenario where I like sweating in bed and THIS IS NOT IT DAMNIT!

I love summer. But I love all seasons really, they each have their own unique thing.

Summer is pretty darn comfortable, in a you don't have to wear clothing way. Also, hiking is dope.

Fall has nice moderate temperatures, and the trees look gad damn gorgeous.

Winter has hockey, snow boarding, and stuff.

Spring has the feeling of finally getting out of the freezing winter :p
Seriously though, what does spring bring other than the relief of finally being able to be warm again? or being able to see the beauty in the summer? The feeling of rebirth?
That feeling when it's 10 celsius, and you're like damn, it's t-shirt and shorts weather! (Canada resident)

This is the time of the year when everything I am allergic to comes out to play.

So not only am I full of drugs, but I am also not sleeping form the coughing fits, lumpy red skin, horror movie level nose bleeds and have a throat that feels like I've been swallowing broken glass.

I'll be honest, not a fan of the hot months.

On the plus, I'll be getting even stronger drugs next week, special we don't want you to go into anaphylactic shock drugs, then life will improve slightly.

Honestly, I love summer. Winter, though, can fuck right off.

Spring and autumn are both fine, as long as they don't get too cold.
