Poll: i know we are a minority but... do you own a 3ds?

Got one and I'm very happy with it. Got OoT, Mario 3D Land, Devil Survivor Overclocked, Cave Story DSi, Link's Awakening, Mario Land, and Rayman 3D (one of my favorite platformers.)

Can't wait for the future!

Personally, I love the nostaligic bullshit of nintendo. As soon as i tire of skyrim, im going out to get skyward.

3DS may or may not be purchased. Depends on the metroid title.

I have a 3DSs but I've only been able to get Punch Time Explosion. Luckily I got mine in time to be an Ambassador so I'm still waiting to hear what GBA games they're going to give me. The NES games they gave me are beaten (for the ones with ends) and forgotten for the other 6. I hope to have another game or two before 2012 but by February I should have Mario and Mario Kart at least.

It's been a pain in the ass finding reviews for 3DS games...It took me a long time to get any info on Edge of Time and I think Super Hero Squad may have released (with no fanfare of course). Sonic Generations looks good but I doubt I'll hear anything about that one other than what's been said about the console counterparts.

As for streetpass, I've taken the thing out multiple times to populated areas and have only ever got 2 hits.

I don't yet, but I really want one. The DS has one of the greatest game libraries of any system ever, in my opinion, and I have little doubt the 3DS can follow suit.

A lot of people are blaming the thing itself and its concept for its poor sales performance, but I don't agree. I think Nintendo was stupid to release it before there were any good games for it. I think it will take a little while to get some truly worthy titles on the system, but if it's anything like the DS, they will come. And I want to have one when they do.

I've owned one since launch, and have been fairly disappointed by the general lack of games for the damn thing.
It has potential though, and some good games are starting to be released, so I guess there's still hope...

I haven't bought one yet and wasn't planning on it.

But after playing a demo of the new Super Mario Bros. game for the 3DS, I suddenly want to buy it.

It's like Super Mario 64 and New Super Mario Bros. mixed together in a homemade mix. *drools*

I pre-ordered mine and have been playing it on and off since launch day.
I have Ocarina of Time 3D, Rayman 3D (be nice - I never played it back when), SSFIV and Starfox 64 3D, and I frankly couldn't be happier with the console.
It's a solid gaming machine.

It launched a little too early though, as apart from Cave Story 3D there isn't a single game on the machine I'm looking at buying this year. Next year looks to be the year for the 3DS to shine, with several games looking quite spectacular.

Did not get one yet, but tempting to put it on my Xmas list (But I did just buy the Limited Edition Red Mario DSiXL + Mario Kart DS last Xmas, so I don't know yet).

Ether asking it for Xmas with the new Mario/Mario Kart game, or waiting until the unavoidable next generation Pokemon games to come out (I wonder what color they will use next?).

Nice machine, just lacking the the "MUST HAVE NAOW!!1!!1!1!1!" game department.

No, I don't - and I probably won't ever, because I really could not care less about Nintendo anymore.

I hate motion control, stereoscopic 3D is worthless to me (stereoscopic 3D looks fake and shimmery to me), and Eiji Aonuma and Yoshio Sakamoto still have jobs ruining my favorite Nintendo franchises (I couldn't care less about Mario). I detest their entire current business strategy, and their current and upcoming hardware and software lineup just leaves me cold.

The SNES is still my favorite console, but right now Nintendo is dead to me.

It's just that I have a rule for buying any new console. It needs at least 10 exclusive titles that I want before I consider buying it. Right now the 3DS only has 2.5 (.5 because I'm kinda on the fence about one)

There are plenty of 3DS games I want to get in development, or even released in Japan, but I don't count them until I know with complete certainty that they will be localized.

Every time I've had the opportunity to try one it's given me a headache within thirty seconds. Quite frankly, if I were to upgrade, I'd rather go for a DSi XL and have a bigger screen rather than one that causes me pain. I'm quite happy with my DS Lite.

Yeah when i saw that it was the first time ever i regret being a day 1 buyer for nintendo. I do not have 200 euro to spend on something cosmetic(how much i would love too).

A well i will drown my sorrow in the tales game that will be released in a few days
