I go to bed at 11:30, when I fall asleep depends on how well the meds work.

I get eight hours of sleep, usually. I prefer to be awake for a BIT of the morning light, you know?

And think of how much better everything could have gone if he slept more!

At any rate, I doubt that you're Winston Churchill.

Haven't been going to sleep until 6 or 7. Why? Because I can. Haven't had an actual reason to sleep since I graduated. Going to be hell once I find a job though.

I usually go to sleep at around 3 A.M. when I have nothing to do in the morning, 1 A.M. when I have work, and midnight when I have school. I don't really know why. I just like night-time better than I do daytime, so I stay awake for it.

Jesus, you people are NOT healthy. Seriously, sleep deprivation suppresses the immune system and makes you susceptible to disease.

Seriously, you guys should probably be dead. That kind of sleep behavior is BEYOND a bad idea. Jesus, why would you event WANT to stay up that late? What the fuck?

When I first entered college, I used to sleep past 3 regularly, because I didn't have classes until the afternoon. I eventually summoned the willpower to regulate my sleeping habits to a more normal 1:00 to 10:00 sort of schedule

Bah! Sleep is for the weak! I contemplate my portrait of Lenin for fifteen minutes and am fully rejuvenated for the day.

Ok, but seriously, I have a full time job, so I usually get to bed by 1:30 or 2:00. On weekends and other times I'm not working, I usually go to bed sometime between 4 and 5.

My sleeping pattern is terrible, especially if I have nothing during the day that I specifically need to be up for. For example, it's currently 5:58am. I haven't slept. Bleh.

With any luck I'll be getting a job soon though, which will hopefully help to rectify this.

I personally love staying up that late but I realize how unhealthy it is. I try to get a good 8 hours as much as possible but I'm fairly erratic. Although the odd night I'll just not sleep, the latest (on average) is usually 12-2.

Chronic insomnia. I recommend talking to a sleep specialist. I'm going next week. I only get about 5 hours on a good night.

I go to sleep at 8.30pm every night pretty much.

I have a 6am start at work, and I don't like being tired for work...

Well I haven't gone to sleep yet, and I live in the UK. It is currently 6:05am.

Guess it's just because I don't have anything important to do, so I stay up all night.

Who's being deprived? I just wake up later. And again, what good actually happens in the morning? The post arrives?
No good if you haven't ordered anything!

My sleeping pattern tends to fluctuate between 8:30(pm just as a point of clarification for all you crazy people) and midnight. Then I wake up between 6(am) and 9. I'm a morning person, what can I say.
