Poll: If you built a Rapture like place,where would it be?

Rapture,it's under the sea. Away from people. I was playing Bioshock when I realized that Rapture could be just one city in a mass of cites like that. Why not a rapture in the jungle? Or a high mountain? Or even SPACE! Imagine that. That would be very fun! What do you think?
