i don't get the Force option, the very definition of being a Jedi is to be Force-sensitive. But let's pretend the OP means being so powerful in the Force that a lightsaber is not needed.
I would go for a lightsaber, but until the OP clears up the whole Force thing, i won't participate in the poll

Definitely the force IF it meant I was as powerful as Starkiller. No one would be able to get near you before they are either electrocuted, blasted into a wall/off a cliff or tricked into shooting their buddies and themselves.

If it was only as powerful as any other normal jedi... lightsaber FTW

Who the hell needs a lightsaber when I can break things with my mind, deflect things with a force shield, and choke people 10 feet away from me.

The Force in a second. Have fun with your glowy melee weapon while I pick enemies up from a distance and fling them into things, shoot lightning out of my fingertips, and run away significantly faster than you can chase. In fact, you better keep a VERY good grip on that lightsaber.

And space ships are overrated.

Force and training. As fun as a lightsaber would be, I think we're probably closer to just getting those through technology then we are at developing any latent human ability (which may or may not exist) to move things around be staring at them.
I doubt light sabers can even actually be made, like the ones they have in the movies. It seems damn near impossible to completely stop a beam of light but have it so hot it can slice through the strongest steel, and for it to be turned on and off through a metal handle that wont heat up or explode due to the light.

Probably what everyone else said, go with the Force and then turn to the dark side, although I wont be evil, I will kill my master then form the dark side into a just less light side. So it will make me a good Sith who helps people but is not bound by tradition or code and is not such a heavy good side like the ones the Jedi are on.

The Force. According to the dozens of Star Wars games it can do anything. Controlling people's minds, changing the tides in battle, wipe memory, provide a form of life after death, kill people with lightning, kill people with your hand from across the room, even having floating lightsabers fight under your control.

Why? What can you do with an army after you take over the world (or fail to do so)? You need the force to not kill yourself/wield a lightsaber properly. What can you do with a spaceship? You can travel to well...nowhere. I guess "I got a spaceship" is a good pickup line but so is "I have telekinesis".
Meh. I never liked the idea of 'telekinesis', even though moving things from a distance: awesome. It does take focus, I will grant you, but I never saw having to wield the Force as a requirement to use a saber. (Besides, we can only choose one, according to the title.)

However, you want an example of why I say saber/pistol? Look no further than this. (I love the shot at 3:02. Always makes me laugh.)

Improvisation between long and short range. Yes, the Force can yet you do that, but only in you have debris, whereas a blaster/pistol has ammo. You will run out of either mental toughness or ammo at some point, so I'll go with good old guns.

The force, obviously.

A lightsaber is only going to be useful until you get overpowered and it's taken away. And without the force, that's probably going to happen sooner than later.

A spaceship accomplishes nothing, essentially you are now a bigger target, do to being inside a metal monstrosity.

Soldiers would be great, but they all die eventually, and odds are having an army at your command is going to draw attention.

The force allows for unnoticed actions, such as mind controlling a person with an army to do what you want, ( all of the benefits of an army, none of the attention) self-preservation by eliminating immediate threats, ( force lightning and throw, among others), the only thing you can't get is the spaceship, but so what, you could control the planet.

Lightsaber, but there's only one flaw...

The Jedi can't use a lightsaber properly without training in the force. Else they'd die just as easily as any regular human would. :\

So yeah, kinda a broken poll, oh well. Nice try.

The force for sure. Sorry no matter how cool the lightsaber is, it's limited compare to the compare to the force.

This. Being a Jedi would suck even with all the perks.

Very relevant video:

I'll be taking the legion of soldiers. You can do pretty much anything with a few thousand soldiers under your command.

?Size matters not. Look at me. Judge me by my size, do you? Hmm? Hmm. And well you should not. For my ally is the Force, and a powerful ally it is. Life creates it, makes it grow. Its energy surrounds us and binds us. Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter. You must feel the Force around you; here, between you, me, the tree, the rock, everywhere, yes."
