I have always wondered what it would be like to be a woman, but I don't want to be sterile for seeing it. so probably not. However it would be an excellent opportunity to understand how the female mind worked.
Although, what about legal issues that would arise. If I became a woman what bathroom would I have to use. Just hypothetically speaking of course.

Knowing how weak I am, I'd probably freak out and say "CHANGE ME BACK CHANGE ME BACK" within seconds of the transformation. I LIKE my penis VERY much, and to find some little hole where it used to be is going to @#$% with me way too much for my feeble, wang-appreciating mind to handle.
Maybe for a couple of days I'd be a girl but I couldn't see getting myself attached to it, I'd have no grace for start and probably just end up knocking myself out with my boobs, if I left the house at all that is.
If I could do it temporarily then yes. Maybe a day, or longer if I could choose exactly when I wanted to turn back. I've always wondered what being a girl would be like. That said, I believe in reincarnation and simply for curiosity, I'd like to come back as a girl...
But yeah, if I could choose how long, then yes I would. Probably not permanantly though. Although if I could switch back and forth at will then it's a definite yes...
EDIT: One question about the article though. It doesn't mention the changing of your penis/vagina. Wouldn't you still need surgery even if you used the gene treatment?

Perhaps however I do enjoy when being called gay, feigning being so to horrify the homophobe. My cousin attempted this because he claimed I held a cigarette as if I were a woman - Yes I am serious, ridiculous I know - and stated an attract a guy in a tight white shirt. Therefore, I feigned their "accent" or "pose" or which ever the name may be, whilst replying, "That would be absolutely fabulous"daheikmeister said:

OT: Yes, most definitely, albeit only for a short duration; something in the range of a few weeks to a month would settle my curiosity while providing a decent experience upon the opposite side of the coin.
I'd be a woman for a day or two, and hopefully not on a period. I'm not trying to be funny but I would not want to deal with a period, I don't know how women deal with it month after month
If I could instantaneously change between the two, then I might try it once or twice, but DEFINITELY NOT permanently. That would be weird, and uncomfortable, and expensive, since I'd have to buy a whole wardrobe of girl clothes.
