its not a "which one do you hate" thread, its a "if forced to erase one of these sites, which one would you miss the least" type thing.

I have a very small challenge for you.
use google,Bing and Yahoo to search for 'google' (without the quotes) and compare the results for all three and see how:
1.how accurate it is
2.which has the neatest layout
3.which has the most content

and just to mention that accuracy is the most important as information can be missed

Actually I'm pretty sure Yahoo search brings up more results for most search queries, we did a test in school in IT a few years ago. and there's nothing wrong with the layout... Don't know about accuracy though. I only use Google instead out of habit because I'm now used to it, and anything I want to search for can easily be found on it.

And why did you have to resort to calling someone stupid? Once again the anonymity of the internet brings out the worst in people.

more results? you know there are over 10 million web pages (maybe in the billions) all you need is 20 results at the least unless you are willing to spend hours for the same search results which most people never are.

the layout is everything in a webpage no matter where you are on the internet, although there are little differences these minor differences can still change the usability

yea, I would say sorry for my lack of patience as my personality has a very short fuse and when someone cannot get the basic things correct I do tend to lose something (MUST...NOT..RESORT...TO....MILITARISM)

Facebook. The rest still have a great deal of value, even if Youtube and Wikipedia still have a bit of a mess in some areas. Facebook is nice but I would prefer something similar in a different format.

Youtube-I use it to watch entertaining videos concerning music and video games, or other random crap
Facebook-Used to find out whose lives are being ruined, or hot chicks
Google-Used for school, cause I hate those database sites, or used when bored
Wikipedia-Used also for school, cause once again, fuck those database sites(who said Wikipedia isn't a reliable source is obviously retarded)
Escapist-Used when I wanna watch Zero Punctuation or go on the forums

So out of all 5...I really wouldn't know which to get rid of haha. I like em all

There's nothing on the Escapist (that I am interested in) that couldn't be put online elsewhere. Those other sites are all very useful (albeit time consuming in Facebook's case), so Escapist: I CHOSE YOU!

The escapist. Facebook is for my real friends, youtube is youtube, there really isnt another site to match it, wikipedia is a close second, but it helps for my book reports every month. And Google is the least irritating search engine out there.
