Johto, no question.

It was my favorite Pokemon generation and what I consider to be my last. It just felt like a streamlined Kanto, save for the damn Ice Cave. Plus, if I really wanted to, I could always pop over to Kanto whenever I want. It's only a short ways away.

Johto. Besides it being the region of my first Pokemon game, I'm also very familiar with the region, I love the Pokemon from there, and it just looks cool.

Also, if I wanted to, I could easily hop on over to Kanto.

Ha-ha, I have very similar sentiments of the Ice Cave. I remember back when Silver first came out, I decided to walk through the whole region after beating the Elite Four again, and I made an exception to use Fly to skip the Ice Cave.

Johto since Kanto is next to it so there're more places for me to visit unlike the other region begin it's own continment or have unseen areas.
Seriosuly when the hell will the next Pokemon games will allow you to revisit past regions like Gold and Silver (and the remakes too)? Also no, several islands/ new areas after completing the story doesn't count!

I feel like I'm alone here because I choose Sinnoh but I have different reasons than you people... I did it because there are more girls. There's also that wonderful thing called the GTS so I have my Arcanine too.
