I would make an RTS called "The Common Cold" where you controlled an army of germs whose goal is to make a person sick.

My idea for an FPS, is like blue shift from HL1, but you play as the combine in HL2.

3rd person shooter with RPG'like stats, with an equal amount of melee weapons (knives, bats, chainsaws, etc.) and guns. You can also climb any rough surface if you get a running start and enter any building and go into any room. There's also a plethora of flying machines. Anything in the world can be picked up and used as a melee weapon or shield. Cardboard is weak, but can still be picked up and used, regardless. You can also use and throw people if you're strong enough. Breaking down doors is also an option, as is breaking it apart and using splinters or the doorknob.
An RPG for sure. Preferably a Daggerfall like one with 3-d graphics and improved faction quests.

Third person shooter based on the movie Equilibrium, but with a good system for the whole Gunkata thing.
Really you just need the camera sorted, a nice interface, and a really good way of doing the gunkatas and it would make an Equilibrium game like Max Payne but with more awesome.
And yes, I know there are mods for Max Payne 2 out there, but they are pretty rubbish to be honest.

Probably RTS or RPG. Probably the only thing I'd be interested in. I'd do a lot of "sandbox" -esque stuff too.
A gay as this sounds I'd like to do a sequel to FF7. None of the later shit squaresoft released got it right.

I said MMORPG, but I think I'd rather make a RPG with some online features. MMORPGs are so... static. Unchanging. With few good GUI game features. All due to technical limitations brought about by the involved overhead.
A Story-driven 3rd Person Action RPG/Shooter where you can duel wield swords with handguns, and have psychic powers at your disposal.
