What do I heal or do I heal other people? Confused.

If it the former, not much live my life without dieing, perhaps take a few more risks, nothing more.

The latter, while I am studying to be a doctor, so yeah heal people subtly while at work, but not everyone or else the secrets out, probably those that are younger or more unlucky.
