There's no "When I feel like it" choice. By the way, that's when I would use it. I guess that turns into a few hours a month to a few hours a day, depending on what going on (Finals week, for eample, you can use it to study more, tire yourself out earlier, get to sleep earlier so you can sleep more, and up refreshed to take a st. Or, you can use it to cheat. I'd probably do that one).
I would be tempted to use it to screw around or to save myself from fucking up or possibly dying... but at the same time- Ive seen the Twilight Zone.. and would be forever afraid that each time I would stay that way... and that idea scares me to death
You could use it to become instantly rich by cheating at casino's (just walk around and look at the dealers cards while time is stopped etc). After your rich you would not need it that often although it would still have it's uses especially if your life was ever in danger. Truthfully you could best use it to help other people and save lives at that point because with enough money you can get anything else you want in life (except a good personality..that you need to develop yourself).
I would use it to get rich...then richer...then become the richest person in the world and help everyone else with all my wealth. Once I was wealthy enough I'd use it to win bets with other wealthy people in order to get them to ALSO help other people...and who knows...my ability to stop time might eventually lead to a utopian world where everyone is at least content if not happy

If my body still aged while the time around me was suspended, only when it was necessary.
If not, i'd try to figure out how I could bring my friends with me and live forever!
Hell, even if I did age, i'd still use it non-stop. I'd be a documented case of a burst of extreme aging, a teenager one day, and a senior the next.

I would use it whenever it suited me, of course. Though, I'd try and see if this can actually stop my biological aging and thus make me endless in life.

If I had this I would steal everything from everyone. man this would be sweet. "hey aimhellfire since when have you had a helicopter?" "I've always had one since when has your mouth been sewn shut?" "wha-mmhuhhuh" "you should check that out, and why are you not wearing any pants? that's not socially acceptable in todays society."
