...Ah, that's better. I would probably date the she-Engineer. Smart, somewhat quiet, not too...what's the word...dainty? She doesn't look too obsessed with being feminine in every way. Looks kinda tough, but still cute. She would probably just wear a casual dress or even jeans and T-shirt to a date, and that would be fine by me. I would take her to a steak house and it would end with some nerdy math discussion or something, because even the female version of a male character I'm familiar with would be gross to have sex with.

Well, other than the unknown everything of the Pyro, the only one possibly age-appropriate for me is the Scout. And even though he's pretty much a psycho who runs around hitting things with a baseball bat, I bet he'd be pretty damn adorable if he were put in a tuxedo and were to try to be gentilemanly.
If it weren't a matter of the age issue, the Demoman seems like a very respectable guy to me.
Other than the love of murder and the explosives. And the drinking...

I would say the Engineer probably. It would be quite relaxing, and I don't think the silences would be that awkward. He would just bring up his guitar and play some soothing tunes.
