I think Id go anywhere but the 60's. Sure I hear great stories from the people I know who were old enough but... Hell, a lot of bad things too.

I'd probably just go to the 90's and find out how to make bank off the dot-com boom and do something with the money like start up a company. (worked for Gabe Newell... besides the whole time travel bit)

Other. Way earlier than any of your options. I would go back to Medieval times, and take a shitload of awesome stuff with me. I would be worshipped as a god, and rule over a vast kingdom. All of history would change because of me.

Keep in mind, you said stock market and sports outcomes, you said nothing about modern technology. As soon as they saw me killing dozens at a time with a flame thrower and hundreds at a time with a minigun, they would be forced to believe in my supernatural abilities, and bow down before me. If I had to pick, 1930's-40's. Great era, cinema and theatre was going through a golden age, there was vaudeville there was great charming Jazz music and a good atmosphere... seriously I belong in that era.
