Wolverine doesn't wear normal clothes, not in the comic books, cartoons or films. Also, Superman doesn't wear latex. In fact, aside from Catwoman, no superhero/anti-hero/vigilante wears latex...

Aaanyway, I think I'd wear a leather costume, similar to the X-men in the movies or Hancock in, well, Hancock
I've always been a fan of the fact that Wolverine's costume in the comic books (blue and yellow) clashes so hard with his bad-assness so, if I was bad-ass, I'd probably go for something similar
Okay by "Latex" I mean a suit so tight you actually see the anatomy, so you can see all the muscle at work(I draw this sorta thing I know my stuff). And I always figured Wolverine to be the kinda superhero that thinks supersuits are a waste. With that being said I am disgusted by Japan's interpretation of Wolverine in their anime, why the HELL does he look like he's in his 20's and lack any type of muscle or awesomeness or cigars!? Because of the healin factor he ages super slow, he should look like he's in his mid to late 30's early 40's tops. But this is the part that pisses me off the most...the skin. Why does it give off a gleam and shine!? He's a gruff badass he needs to look grimy and gritty!

Well...

I mean, I wouldn't be trying to dress up to any sort of standard, so I want to go plainclothes. That said, it is really cold at night, at the moment, so I'd be more or less forced to go boots, jeans, jacket, gloves- not exactly standard attire.

Of course, once I am discovered by a super-group (Because, As Reed Richards said that one time, as one person gains superpowers, the probability of more superpowered persons appearing slowly approaches 1) I would happily wear their uniform.

I know we all want to be superheroes but have you ever thought of what your fashion style would be? Hopefully the options in he poll will make it a little more clear so here are your choices: Latex(Superman,Spiderman), Armor(Iron Man), plain clothes(Wolverine), Jumpsuit(X-Men), super suit made by regular clothes(Cole MacGrath, Alex Mercer). I'd be in the "Supersuit made from regular clothes" category. Just black cargo pants, black sleeveless shirt, a black duster, black bandana over my nose and mouth, and a pair of aviators or John Lennons(it's what I call the glasses with the frames that are literally circles). Maybe a cowboy hat, I dunno. I'd call myself ,"Shadow, the Demon of the South," I'd the ability to literally form and disappear in shadows, moderate super strength, hyper reflexes(like bullet-time), and shadow tendrils and perfect marksmanship like from Wanted and using only a pair of dual-.50 cal revolvers, tri-barrel revolvers, and a sniper rifle I fire with one arm.

Now vote for your style: than describe it, your name, power, and whatever else you want. Let's go at it!
So basically you plan on ripping off The Shadow.

Plain clothes, they'll see me coming otherwise.

Honestly I'd just go out and stab people who deserve it.
And I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say that your power is to know who deserves it.

OT: Plain clothes, and I'd have cryokinesis. I'd see something bad happening, stop the bad guy using ice (creation and control), but do it using my mind so nobody knows it's me. If worst comes to worse, I'll create a snow-fog so thick nobody can see anybody, then I'd rush in unseen, which is basically my way of getting past police blockades and stuff so that I can actually help in hostage situations and the like. After all, I need to be able to see what I'm doing or I might accidentally impale a civilian.

Plain clothes for me. It'd probably be cheap and something like Misfit's.

I wouldn't do latex or spandex or a jumpsuit; it would be uncomfortable and impractical, and I wouldn't look any good in it.

I'd probably have either plant- or stone-based powers. Dunno what my name would be; I'm awful at coming up with superhero names.

In Ultimate Spider-Man #6, Spider-Man fights Venom in a ratty grey hoodie. When I read that comic, I thought it looked so epic. So yeah, probably plain clothes...with a hoodie.

Well, my superpower would be the ability to beat the crap out of people through TVs, phones, or over the internet. I woudn't need to leave home so I guess plain clothes, but I could just as easily sit on the couch completely naked. Don't need a superhero name. People would just now that if they're being obnoxious, horrible human beings on TV or online, a fist might come flying through the camera or monitor, respectively.

Yeah, that's what I'm going with. Don't try to tell me that wouldn't be an awesome superpower.

My suit would LOOK like normal clothes but really be made of a super-durable material to withstand whatever-it-is-I-do.

Mostly armour. I don't know about the rest of you but I don't think I could dodge a bullet or take one and keep fighting, no matter how much training I did.

But I'd probably stick to a bulletproof vest and some sort of helmet, then knee and elbow pads, and apart from that street clothes. A heavy leather jacket for added protection, heavy canvas work trousers (the trousers I have to wear to work on an automailer machine can and have withstood some pretty heavy abuse) leather gloves, goggles instead of a mask, and big combat boots.

I'd be an awesome looking superhero, and I wouldn't get taken down by some punk with a knife because latex can't stop anything.

Well, I picked super clothes looking like normal clothes, just because I like to be safe.

Power wise I'd want one of two things.

1. Lightning - insanely quick, very destructive.
or
2. Wind - Literally suffocate someone at will be pulling the air out of them, or turn the air into invisible blades.

I have a preference towards Lightning though. Gravity would also be fun - Blackhole anyone?

I'd wear a custom super-suit made of otherwise normal clothes - a hoodie, loose fitting pants, and a courier's bag to carry my many gadgets. Think a cross between the Assassin's aesthetic combined with Cole McGrath's practicality.

My name would be Foresight, and my superpower the ability to see briefly into the future.

I think it honestly depends on my powers, if I'm a flying brick I'd probably go with latex, no mask and possibly a leather jacket in classic nineties style. If I had a power that didn't protect me I'd wear a body armour, jumpsuit combo with a mask.

I'd like to point out that, as an xman, wolverine wears a yellow and blue uniform.
I guess he's referencing the films and Grant Morrison's run

Depends largely on the superhero I feel, certainly on an average x-man they'd be stupid. But Superman doesn't need to worry about his getting caught on anything and he's been show to use it sometimes to shield people he takes out of fires and other situations (it's made of kryptonian cloth). Batman also uses his for gliding, protection and creating a bigger target to shoot at.

Super suit made out of regular clothes.

A black 3 piece suit, white shirt, red tie, red white and black luchadore mask, gloves, and a fedora.

"the blur" would never be in anyone's presence long enough for his outfit to be made out.
just as well, since he wouldn't have one.

Name: The Archangel, it just sounds badass.

Powers: Imagine one of the Saiyans from DBZ, except with a sword....so basically Trunks at the start of Android Saga minus the fancy hair.

Outfit: Im thinking basically white cargo pants, white utility shirt with white bandanna and black sunglasses. Simple, yet effectively cool looking.

I'm a shapeshifter, and I walk everywhere in whatever the fuck I feel like at the time. I'm a shapeshifter.

And if I take the form of a towering monster covered in sharp objects whenever I find criminals, that would probably discourage quite a bit of crime.

And I assume the form of people I don't like when I feel like doing more questionable things, because hey, I'm not perfect.

Well, when I made my cryokinetic badass - Max Fuyunaito - on City of Heroes/Villains, I made his clothing mostly normal-looking, but I gave him blue energy lines and a Fenrir emblem on his shirt for color. Really though, Max is a regular-clothing badass, and that's how I would fly.

ok guys just picture this:
a greenish-black sleeveless robe with the hood up and a plague docter type mask on.
wielding the power to spread really nasty diseases that act super fast and can bypass most peoples immunity (stuff like bubonic plague and smallpox on steroids)
as a weapon i'd probably have a hatchett and a revolver
