Poll: If you were given the choice to become a vampire...

And I don't mean sparkly Twilight vampires, but the real deal.

You wouldn't be able to go out in daylight, touch silver, eat garlic, enter a house without being invited, etc. And of course, you'd also have to drink blood and perhaps kill humans.

But would you trade all that for near immortality and super strength/vision and everything else that comes with being a vampire?

Honestly, would you say yes?

I'd say no. As much as I would love to be immortal I just wouldn't be able to live without going outside during the daytime.

No. A thousand times no. I love my warmth, my sunshine, don't particularly like the taste of blood, nor the idea of killing people. Plus, why would I want to sit around for eternity and watch everyone I love die around me? It would end up being a very lonely existance. So no, never in a million years.

This is incredibly hard for me, as i have little to no knowledge of vampires, i guess i have to research Every thing about them: Pros, Cons, Enemies, allies, abilities, stuff like that.

From what i know though, No, as i dont want to kill people practically every day, Err, Night.

No, there's too much to sacrifice, and I'd probably end up getting killed anyway. Or arrested. I'm pretty sure the law won't care if you're a vampire when you're killing innocent people on the streets.

I have no idea. I live off sunshine, thrive off it, love it to death, so could I live without it if it meant eternal life? I don't know. There's nothing pretty about night time, I'd never be able to go sight-seeing and, biggest con of all would be my lack of friends, unless I turned them. Actually yeah if my mates and parents were vampires as well and we were like a clan... I could do that... maybe. Argh, it's hard!

Not really. To many major downsides if you ask me. Now if you said werewolf, that would be a entirely different story...

It depends on what happens.
If it's like Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines (my favorite vampire story)
then no because I wouldn't want to forget everything before The Embrace but if I remembered yes probally although I would be sad about losing the ability to have sex but oh well immortality is better.
