Spicy italian on italian herb and cheese, provolone, toasted, lettuce, cucumbers, pickles, southwest chipotle sauce.

Although the meatball and peperoni is pretty darn good.

The selection of Subway sandwiches isn't as good in the UK as it is in the US... But can't go wrong with the simple Subway Melt. Ham, turkey, bacon, Cceese, mayo. Possibly salad.

TACO BELL!

It's filling and cheap. Subway is way too skimpy. Why do you think people eat it to LOSE weight? Then again I am a vegetarian so I wouldn't know anything about Popeye's or Long John's.

I used to work at a Subway. You know how we washed dishes? Sprayed 'em with water and put 'em in a sink full of water mixed with some sort of cleaner. They still had bits on 'em when we were done. The boss expected every dish to be clean in the entire store in less than 30 minutes, and all of us back to work. And all we ever did to the fridges was sweep them out.
Your Subways have dishes? That's crazy, yo.

It was a good choice to go there. I'm a sucker for the Chicken and Bacon, in the Herbs and Cheese bread. Toasted with extra cheese. Feels good, man.

Not dishes like you eat off of, stuff we stored food in and tools we used to chop up vegetables and stuff like that. Stuff used to prepare food, not eat off of it
I had hoped so. From a hygiene point of view, I suppose that's actually worse, but I would've felt left out if you guys had dishes in Subway.

I used to work in a Supermarket, and it certainly doesn't sound any worse than the hygiene practices there. So, I guess we're pretty much hosed no matter where we get our food.

True, we don't have the same selection, but it's not always a positive thing. I've had many English Subway sandwiches and have never been disappointed but I've only had one in the US and it was fucking awful (although I may have played a part in it's downfall).

The problem was when the woman offered me a choice of cheeses. The question surprised me and I only caught the first one which was "American Cheddar" (a bloody misnomer in and of itself) so I just said that, arranged the rest of my sandwich in a seemingly good manner and then proceeded to eat it.
The cheese was completely vile and unfortunately the strongest flavour in the whole thing. Admittedly I asked for it but they shouldn't be selling that plastic shit in the first place.

First few Taco Bell's opened over here though, looking forward to that.

OT: I'm either a BMT; lettuce, tomato and green pepper with hot chili sauce or a sweet onion chicket teriyaki; green pepper, onion and jalapeno with sweet onion sauce. Both obviously on hearty italian bread, cheese and toasted.
