I'm a big fan of his music, and Have Illegally Downloaded all of his songs And I'm personally of the opinion that the world needs more artists like him; more spcifically, his adaptability.

No sales...no chart.

And you aren't a fan if you take his work without giving anything back to him.

I'm gonna say it AGAIN, If you'd actually read the full OP, I was actually Joking. It does in fact say that. Why would I openly admit to piracy on a website where the artist I have pirated could see? HUMOUR. Please read the full post before you post moronic statements like this.

I read the full post. Considering you started by saying you downloaded them illegally, and then you go on to say "so you won't be caught..." it seemed like the disclaimer was the joke to avoid punishment by the Escapist.

I still believe that is the case because the illegal joke wouldn't be funny in the slightest therefore it continues to strike me as the lie.

And I believe you didn't read the full OP and are now going off on a tangent to cover that up, so we both have varied opinions.

Eh, it's pretty common for people to gloss over topics. Your point was made within a few lines and the rest was waffling, in my opinion. Basically people got the gist and went to comment. I'd be surprised if anyone on this site thoroughly reads every OP in every thread they enter... that would be like severe psychological masochism if anyone did.

Also, I don't know where you learned to write humour, but you need to unlearn it... its not working for you.

But just for the sake of curiosity... what exactly was the joke? Cause "hur hur I alluded to pirating" doesn't strike me as being particularly witty.

I'll be frank (and a lot of you will compare me to Judas, Hitler and Pol Pot because of this), I'm not a fan of Miracle of Sound. The only one of his tracks I genuinely like is Sovngarde Song, because it captures the Skyrim charm.
No offence intended towards the man, it's just his work does not impress me.

If I knew who pol pot was, I'd compare you to him.

Please give me your reason for believing that I would post openly that I am a pirate on a website that is A) not fond of piracy and B) the artist that say I have pirated could potentially see it, if I wasn't joking? Your entire argument has been some form of defense mechanism for the fact that you, like all the other people who didn't read the full OP, and now want to cover it up. Most of them either haven't responded or have gone along the lines of "Well you aren't funny anyway so it doesn't matter if you were joking." Which you've gone for a little but still clutching on to the idea that you didn't just skim the OP and spam my inbox.
