I'm glad I'm not the only one who put get excited. After that it's off the hardware store for weapons (Crowbar and chainsaw with "PWN" on the side mandatory), then the grocery store as a fortress/supplies depot. I never thought "back from the dead zombies" would be that hard to deal with -- off with their heads or just run. Fast ones could be a problem, but they're generally still alive, so I just wait them out, provided I can get set up.

Or I just snap and start going postal on everything that moves. That might be fun for a while.

Id be sorted, I have at least 6 firearms in my household, including plenty of ammunition and reloading equipment, I can easily make a raid to the local supermarket and then barricade myself in there, only 2 entrances.

I'd wander around the streets making creepy moaning noises and trying to run down as many survivors as I can see, knock them down, and start gnawing through their skulls until I get to the sweet, juicy brain! Oh wait... are we assuming I survived the zombie apocalypse? Probably find whatever weapon I can and then fend off the zombies until I get infected myself and end up doing what I said above anyways.

I'd get my weapons, alot of food and water, stuff what I can into a backpack, and then just start walking. Not sure where i'd go exactly, but if I stayed on the move, could supply myself from various locations, and managed to keep myself away from any massive hoards of the mindless undead, then I probably could survive for a very long time.
