Variety is the spice of life, but I find the best way to fall sleep, is with both hands behind my head.
So I'm a stargazer.

Freefaller. A very specific freefaller, actually. My head must be turned left, so the right side of my head is touching the pillow. Hands must be under pillow, but must not actually support any weight or lift my head at all. If I feel like it, I may alter my position by folding my left leg, but never the right. Sometimes the left leg needs to touch the wall from knee down.
Preferdably, I'll sleep with my face towards the closest wall, but if I cannot do this while my head is also turned left, for example in a hotel, turning my head left usually wins. Feet may never be exposed and must always be covered by blanket. If possible, the blanket should also cover me up to my neck, but not higher. If the weather is hot, back may be exposed to about halfway.

Yeah, that's about it. I've sometimes managed to get to sleep otherwise, but it's hard. Some of this is due to my old injury, which means that I cannot lift my right arm past certain points or in certain ways or it will do some bad, painful things. Also the chronic fear of that happening. And also just old habits developed by years and years of routine.

I sleep in a mix of postions, back, side stomach. But i most commenly sleep on my stomachwith my right arm streched out in fron of me. And my left arm bent towards my right arm. I'll switch it up depending wich side my head is turned

The thinker, I like to curl up onto my side with the blankets wrapped around me.

Although I do toss a lot in my sleep, so I suppose I take on the other sleeping positions as well.

Thinker, but only to stop my snoring and try and go with the theory it'll help with the short term memory. Sleep apnea's a *****..

Thinker, while cuddling a cushion with my arms, and an extra one between my legs.

Typically Stargazer with my girlfriend on top of me or cushioned into my side in the Thinker position. :)
You can sleep with your girlfriend on top of you? I'd get way to hot if we ever decided to sleep like that. We like to lay either cuddling or spooning for quite a bit as we start to fall asleep, but normally one of us moves us apart at some point. That said even if not outright hugging I do like to touch her foot with mine so we have some contact :)

Freefaller or Yearner most of the time. Log any time it's not one of those two.
