Good evening, Escapees.
We all procrastinate to some extent, whether it's postponing asking out that really cool/hot nerdy girl/boy, learning to play an instrument, cutting down on the fatty foods or just finally playing Deus Ex (I have never played it, don't kill me).

So, tell us one thing that you have wanted to do for a long time, that you never seem to be able to bring yourself to do.

Me, I would like to start working out, to improve my fitness and also maybe gain some muscles. This has been my goal for about 3 years, yet I have remained a thin weak nerd.
How about you?

I... nothing. I thought there was something, but I got nothing. I seize opportunities.

There are things I've put off but they're things I don't want to do... like finishing stripping the goddamn wallpaper in my apartment so I can paint it another colour.

I'm supposed to be spending this morning writing my college applications, but *gasp*, look where I am now.

I'm guessing you want it to be done (even if you don't want to actually do it), so it counts.

My advice, listen to metal and you will be able to do more reps, trust me. Also, running is good for your fitness. Try picking up some sports. I am an avid lacrosse player.

Hmm. I guess I'm putting off living my life by staying in school.

I'm putting off sleep right now

SLEEP!

That some badass procrastination right there on my part, to be so unmotivated as to actual not be able to summon the effort to sleep.

I could not read the last part because my IE doesn't zoom that far. Also I procrastinate on the girl part... all the time and then I'm stuck in the friend zone or they have a boyfriend. And your last point as well.

My friends are getting pissed at me becuase I still haven't finished the comic book (graphic novel, whatever)
I've been working on (off-and-on, rather) for over two years now.
...Especially since I admitted I'm almost at the end of the story...
(Hell, I could be working on it right now! But I'm not! Yay me!)

Well, it's more that my wife wants it to be done because the colour of the paint that was under the wallpaper we've stripped already is a terrible bright green that was probably popular in the 60's... for a day... and she's far less tolerant of shitty decor than I am... mainly because she doesn't work and therefore has to see it all day wheras I get to escape the apartment for 11 hours, 5 days a week.

Hard work sometimes pays off after time, procrastination always pays off right now.

Yes I procrastinate allot. My mindset is I could do something now and get it over with but I think I will wait.

*One week later*

You know what I still have plenty of time.

Oh by the way what was that last poll option about?

Pancakes with blueberries and bacon are yummy for my facemouth!

What does that even mean?

pffft, I procrastinate on things I HAVE to do, let alone want to do. I'm the grand master procrastinator, I wait until the minute after things are due to start them

I have a sort-of story I'm supposed to be working on with a friend that was going to be half regular novel and half graphic novel. I haven't worked on that in 3 months.

I have yet to even start the research for three term papers that I have due in a month. I should probably get on that.
