Do you own any Apple (i)Products?

I have an iPod Nano 3G I got for my birthday several years ago that enjoys collecting dust and playing movies from my alarm clock each night. My phone replaced any need for an mp3 player. I highly dislike Apple and their overpriced "trendy" hardware.

I have had opportunities to try Apple products. Aside from being shinny, they are just over priced gadgets that are decent to fairly good at what they are designed to do.

I have an ipod mini that had battery failure under warranty. Apple wanted nothing to do with me, so I now want nothing to do with Apple.

No, I don't have any Apple products. I wouldn't mind having an iPhone though.

Yeah I have an old ipod video. I think its the first model of the ones that played videos.

It has served me well and in my opinion was one of the last products apple made before getting too full of themselves for my liking. Its unlikely that I will get Ianything in the near future.

I had an ipod mini. It was a present that I didn't ask for not that I'm complaining or anything mind you. I used it for a while but then I got a Zune. I loved my Zune so much that I lost my ipod. Oh well it all worked out. XP

I have the 80G video iPod (the best one ever made, which is why they seem to have been discontinued)
I may switch to Zune though if i ever were to lose it (though Id rather not)

Umm... wow.

So the only reason we can own one is because they make us feel cool or we just happened to get it? I refuse to answer that poll.

Apple makes good stuff. I can speak to the Macbook more than the iproducts, but the point is that Apple makes quality products. More often than not, Apple products are worth the extra price.

Yes. In fact, I have quite a few: I own a first-generation Nano (with about a half of an hour of battery life due to me recharging it way too often), a new iPod Touch that I got for Christmas this year, and a sweet MacBook that I got for Christmas the year before that.

Despite what many say, I love all of my Apple products, failing Nano included, and intend on continuing using their hardware for years to come. I realize most people find them overpriced, but I've yet to have any form of a bad experience with any of them, so I feel the reliability is worth the extra cash. Plus, they're just so damn shiny!

I bought a 30 GB video iPod over 3 years ago. It still works great and is my main MP3 player in the car, at the gym, etc. It's the only Apple product I've ever owned. I decided not to get an iPhone and went for a Motorola Milestone (AKA Droid in the US) instead.

The only apple product I really am interested in is the iPod Touch (for the Wifi internet). I don't want to bust out my laptop every time I want to get on the internet. Sometimes I just need to look up 1 thing.

I was thinking about getting an iPod nano once, but then I did some research and found that other brands often have better battery life, better capacity and extra features (FM radio/mic) for either the same price or lower.

I was at Best Buy a little after I made my purchase (which I was happy with), and there was a girl with her mom and they were looking at MP3 players. The guy was showing them an MP3 player with more capacity and a better battery, but the girl said, "I don't care. I just want an iPod." The guy was about to show them the different iPod and the girls said, "Oh, a pink one. I'll take this one." dumb girl got a 4 gb iPod nano because it was a pink iPod nano.

now, there are some useful iPods: the second iPod shuffle. ya know, the one with the clip. clip that little bad boy to a visor or hat and you have the best work out tool you can get. just load it up with upbeat music and you're good to run.

Not at all, I was denoting saracsm, and never buying one, and having the views of Apple that I do, I don't know why someone would want one, that's all. I will add another option. Also, I was not putting into question their quality or reliability.

I have an iMac and this compact little wonder has yet to fail me in all the years I've used it.It was more than worth it's price.

I've got an iPod. It's good, but like most Apple products it's too expensive for what it does, compared to some competitors.

I don't regret buying it, but if it breaks I won't get another one.
