Holy shit, someone else imagines it? I imagine a being jumping from lampost to lampost along the way and on the cars etc

I really thought I was the only one who did this. Woah, what the hell... haha

I have never actually done that.

Hmm. Gonna have to try it I guess. Could be funny. I'd probably imagine the being fall unexpectedly and imagine the spongebob fish screaming "My leg!" off in the distance.

I'd probably laugh at that.

Normally im driving, so no. I watch the road. Im sensible like that :) But i do allways (when the weather is for it, i live in the cold north) stick my arm out of the window and feel the wind resistance with different hand poses. Dunno, just something to pass the time.

At first, I thought you were insane, but then I thought about and realized that have done that in the past. Usually a stick person jumping across buildings and whatnot.

If there's music playing, I'll also look for moments when objects pass in rhythm with the song.

Kinda like this, but in a car:

And yes, it is always that perfect. Often, groups of hobos will look at me and start singing the chorus.

Huh. I litterally thought I was the only one that did this. Car journeys get boring.

... Holy shit, I'm not alone! I'M NOT CRAZY!!

In the car, I used to always imagine it being a fast character - like Sonic or Spyro - or sometimes it would just be a person walking/running really fast. Whenever there were buildings, I also imagined some parkour going on, as well. Actually, whenever I got a ride to high school - which was always - I always re-imagined myself making the same trek from school to home, which took about 3 hours to do so on my first visit to that high school. That day sucked.

I imagine a laser's cutting everything in half. Haven't been in a car for a long journey in quite a while though.

YES! FINALLY A REASON TO TELL ANYONE THIS!

All my life I've done the same thing whenever driving for more than a few hours: Watching as the lines in the street and on the sides disappear below the windshield and, this is the thing, aligning my feet with them.

Alright, that sounds strange. I'll explain.

This is the road you're driving on:

Now, youre sitting shotgun. (For this example, we're in a country with right-hand traffic)

Your right foot is the white line on the right side of the road. Whenever this line "touches" the bottom of the windshield, keep the right foot pressed down. As soon as it disappears (is cut up into pieces or there is a side road of any kind or anything) lift your right foot.

Your left foot, however, can be split into two parts. Your left foot are any line(s) in the middle of the road. This means that you lift and push down your foot to "hit" the most common, white lines, BUT when they split, like on the picture, the RIGHT SIDE of your LEFT FOOT is the RIGHT MIDDLE LINE, and the LEFT SIDE is the LEFT MIDDLE LINE.

To try to make this clearer, look at the picture again. In this particular situation, your right foot is pressed firmly down. The right part of your left foot is pressed down as much as possible as well, whereas the left side of your left foot is skipping along on the white lines.

I dont know why, but Ive done this for as long as I can remember. Before anyone had even heard thought of Guitar Hero.

If I find a girl here who's done the same thing or a similar thing, I will do my best to make her fall in love with me, as I clearly will do immediately, as soon as she appears.

If I'm jammed in traffic, I then to hear the Tank's theme(l4d) and imagined that I charge through the cars without effort.

Yes, I do. The character depends on what I'm into at the time, and at the moment it's Rainbow Dash.

I used to do this a lot. Skateboarder grinding along all the wires or railings, flipping off the ends of stuff or just skitching on the back of cars that are going past.

Wow, I'm glad to know I'm not unique or that weird!

Did as a kid every time we had a family road trip. It's surprisingly common and also surpringly entertaining.

I imagine I put on the dash boots from Mega Man X, leap out the passenger door, and start dashing to keep up with the vehicle.

Seriously, dashing and wall-jumping like in MMX would be sweet.
