Both are awesome and most of the time give me more actual news then 24 hour news networks. Edit: Instead of what color the drapes were in the room Michael Jackson died.

Since I'm English and they've only shown Jon here...I'd have to say Jon...

Sorry guys.

I prefer Stewart, why? Because, of the two... he's funny.
and talented,
and not a hack,
and not Will Ferrell level of suck,
also much more seasoned,
and other stuff.

young fool here but.....
who and who?
They are the guys who do Comedy Central's half-hour long news segments, the Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and the Colbert Report. The Daily Show rips on the media, while still giving news, and the Colbert Report is an hour of some of the best satire on TV. It's on Comedy Central on Monday through Thursday from 8 to 9, and 11 to 12. If you even have the slightest interest in politics, you'll get a kick out of them.
I will watch that then as I have an interest in politics but don't watch Comedy Central. Thanks!

I love them both equally. They're funny each in a different way, as several have said before me.

I love them both. I really can't decide who I like more so I vote both.
And why do I feel like Im getting better news and coverage on joke news stations than I am on real news stations?
Because you are. FOX has a heavy conservative slant, MSNBC has a heavy liberal slant, and CNN talks about the most irrelevant things.
I find it sad that I get better news coverage from a joke station.

Stewart is probably the best, a little bit of a smarter program. I like wit and satire so it's right up my alley.

But question: Why ask us which one we prefer if you give us an option to choose both? If somebody likes one, they likely watch the other too.

They each have their really funny moments, but when it comes down to it i love the way John Stewart can get very intelligently under politicians skins and make them look stupid.
this.

I love them both so i picked both, but what I like about stewert is the hosts he brings on, like the Mad Money guy, and Stewert can comically rip them a new one.

I personally like Stephen Colbert better. I think he's one of the funniest people in America. Stewart is hilarious, as well, but I prefer Colbert's personality and style better.

I often compare Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert in the same way I compare Family Guy and American Dad. The Daily Show has simply become a conservative bash-fest and has really gone downhill lately. I get it, Dick Cheney's the devil, ha ha he's evil, I got it the first 500 times you made the joke. The Colbert Report on the other hand is more subtle in it's conservative bashing. It's not as in your face with it's "George Bush is evil" mindset and it actually shows creativity. Therefor, Colbert wins.

i'll take both and add Conan O'brien with a side of Joel McHale!

put those 4 on a show together and it would be power overwhelming, cheat enabled, type of greatness
