Poll: Just Cause 2. Are you going to buy?

Let my just say this now. Just Cause 2 (the demo) is like super-crack. And the game is like Mercenaries 2 on super-crack. It. Is. Awesome. If you don't have the demo, then I suggest you try it, it's thirty minutes of bliss. However, the game basically says "Fuck realism and story, I just want to blow shit up and have some fun!"

Let me give you a window into what I did in just five minutes of playing the demo:

I rode a gas tank fifty feet into the sky, jumped down, free fell for a few seconds, and parachuted to the ground. I then proceeded to grapple my way to the top of a mountain via the grappling hook. It was there that I spotted a helicopter. I stole said helicopter. After flying around a mile in the sky and being able to see every car on the ground (the draw distance is amazing and the graphics are beautiful) I decided to have some fun, I jumped out of my helicopter and as it spun out of control violently towards the ground, I managed to grapple onto the tail of the helicopter where I then made my way to the cockpit and struggled with the controls until I landed safely.

Get the demo. You will thank yourself later.

Playing the demo was just underwhelming for me, so maybe. Possibly when the price goes down, but it won't be a day one purchase for me.

The first one was kind of shitty, but that may have been due to a lack off good hardware to really make the game "come alive" if you know what I mean (even on the PC and the time). Plus, it had meh controls and the actual game was lackluster. The sequel seems like a more realized version of the first game from what I've seen. I'll play the demo and see if I like it.

I am getting so incredibly psyched for this game, it's looking like AC2 to AC1, and seeing as AC2 was the best game of the year last year (IMO, obviously), it could be awesome.

And the demo is kickass.

I've got the demo and thought it was ok, but I've already got a few games that I haven't even opened yet so I probably won't be getting this. I'd rather get dawn of war II: chaos rising.

I loved the first Just Cause, but the sequel is such an improvement.
