I'm straight but in my experience it seems bisexuals are more common then any homosexual.
According to statistics on Wikipedia;

A 2002 survey in the United States by National Center for Health Statistics found that 1.8 percent of men ages 18?44 considered themselves bisexual, 2.3 percent homosexual, and 3.9 percent as "something else". The same study found that 2.8 percent of women ages 18?44 considered themselves bisexual, 1.3 percent homosexual, and 3.8 percent as "something else".[24] The Janus Report on Sexual Behavior, published in 1993, showed that 5 percent of men and 3 percent of women consider themselves bisexual and 4 percent of men and 2 percent of women considered themselves homosexual.[24] The 'Health' section of The New York Times has stated that "1.5 percent of American women and 1.7 percent of American men identify themselves [as] bisexual."[16]
From what I got from that, I might be right..?
From that study, apparently. We don't have any way of knowing for sure because its a tricky thing to get a large and accurate sample size for.

Im asexual, yet biromantic- if knowledge is power then self knowledge grants power without kin- shame is for the weak.

OP mate I salute you, it takes balls in admitting and accepting such a thing.

I'm pretty much the gayest straight guy you'll meet.

But I'm straight. So women.
What does that mean exactly? Are you saying that act in a very camp manner, that leads other people to assume your gay? I have a friend like that, you'd swear he was gay if you met him but has a surprisingly impressive track record with the ladies.

Well I guess you could say that I just recently became bisexual, but I'm not really one to try to fit in with one of the definitions. I don't really feel much connection with other bisexuals or gays, as I've nearly always considered myself heterosexual. Course I still prefer women for the most part. Or at least something feminine.

I choose all of the above though because I follow a "philosophy" (if it could be called that) similar to this:

Screw labels, I like what I like. Whether it be a normal human women or a sexy alien beast.

Good for OP I guess. Go be yourself or something... I don't know.

Officially, I'm a heterosexual female. However, I must admit I find women sexier than blokes on the whole. The only reason I'm still straight is that I don't believe I'd have any true emotional investment in a relationship with another girl. But who knows, personality matters far more to me than appearance or identity, so we'll see.

I'm a straight male, but I have a deep appreciation for the male gay community because of the hardships they have endured throughout history and even now. Forgive the pun but it takes balls to be a gay male even now with the relatively tolerant society we live in. Case in point I work in a very shovenistic(spelling??) work environment with a few lesbians and they are treated well and even celebrated because of their lesbian antics because GUYS LOVE LESBIANS. Sadly I'm aware that if it were gay males in my workplace the situation would be VERY, VERY different to say the least. Saying you're no longer confused and are bisexual seems like a bit of an oxymoron to me. I can understand gay and straight and can definitely appreciate the beauty of the male body even though I could never be attracted to it, but bi in my opinion just seems to embody confused. Luckily we live in a country where you can be what you are, or in my opinion when it comes to your case, what you want to be. I guess what I'm trying to say is enjoy it as long as it doesn't hurt other people but don't expect everyone to love you for it, take it from a guy that in this country sometimes feels resented for being mexican :).

My best friend is this essentially on such a level that even the girl he freaking proposed to is constantly trying to make sure he is not gay.

Bisexual people are greedy. (said tongue-in-cheek)

Now, say you're bisexual, immune to all STDs, AND have no standards...

This should be a Public Service Announcement. In fact:

What? Seriously?

How come this guy can get away with posting an entire thread about something as trivial and common as bisexuality when I get labeled an attention-whore for posting a thread about my love for a fictional dog!? *rages and kicks something on my way out*

OP: No offense against you or anything. You seem real cool and all.

Yeah, I also have a burned sex discrimination chip. As long as I find someone attractive and likable, I don't mind fucking them.

Well, almost. I never had any kind of relationship with males yet. Guess when that happens, if that happens, I will be able to sincerely answer the question of this thread.

Possibly because it is trivial and common. Its something everyone can relate to.

Yours, as I'm sure you don't mind me saying, is an exceptional case. It was too different for most people to accept.

I'm possibly bisexual. Having a bit of sexual insecurity lately, so I'm not really sure if I find the male gender attractive or not.
